Not very good and very noisy when morning’s

Right place city centre Excellent Reception worker so kind and helpful friendly Room clean cute

Location good. Nearby food jalan alor. Room nice and simple.

Good location, clean, enough space for 3 peraon, i got room no. 603, nice bathroom, compkete amenities, has fridge and hair dryer too

The hotel is just nice at city center, it’s located in walking distance, wonderful night life😄

Had a good clean stay at Melange hotel. location of hotel is great within walking distance from Jalan Alor and Pavilion mall

Even though this hotel is 5 star and I paid enough I got not good experience here. I understand its Christmas season but at first the staff said I can check in at 2pm. So I went back the hotel the time ,but she said 3pm able to check in. Ok. So I went to eat something and when I back at 3pm. I couldn’t check in. fortunately my friend has other room and her room can check in.if my friend suggest me to stay her room by my room cleaned it up is ok. But the staff said me that and my friend accepted it I waited for more almost an hour at her room. When it cleaned up one staff bring key to me at her room nothing say anything. He didn’t say sorry just once. Also, my room has no slippers so I went front and got it. Not same staff but he didn’t say sorry too. I guess even though it’s busy the service was not nice. I never choose this hotel again. I’m disappointed in Christmas with my partner.

Good location, very close to the restaurants and everything. Everything in this hotel was great, the tape was a bit of strange, but once you used to it, then you will be fine. The room number is on the floor, not on the door. Check in was easy, check out was easy too.

Hotel staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. The lady in the reception was a super-puper person. But i cannot say same thing for hygene and cleanliness. The pillow seemed like found from trash. There were insects inside. Water heater didnt work properly, so i got completely cold shower...In general was ok to stay for a night.

Awesome...room was modern with centralised aircon. Booked for my kids. They loved it. Jalan Alor, Sungei Wang, Low Yat Plaza and Berjaya Times Square are within walking distance. Love the mural paintings outside the buildings. Will come again.

Hotel location was top notch as it easily accessible by walk to all of the main attractions such as Petronas Tower, Berjaya Times Square, Pavilion Mall, Bukit Bintag area

The counter and breakfast service were excellent.

Had a problem where the water stopped for most of the time we were there, the hotel itself wasn’t just fine
