The Pavilion Hotel Club lounge is providing small finger foods, free alcoholic drinks, and beverages from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Enjoyed it a lot. Definitely will come back again 🤩

Staying at Pavillion hotel is really amazing. I had an unforgettable experience, i told them it was our anniversary and they helped us decorate the room and send me a slice of cake. It was so wonderful. Thanks to Pavillion hotel staff. I would come back again.

Its not very impressive compare to other 5 star hotel in KL. Its a 4 star or 4.5 star at Max.

This hotel was amazing, rooms were spacious and hotel staff were really friendly! Their breakfast buffet was really amazing too with a really wide variety of food!

My 3rd time staying here and I love it! It's very convenient to go shopping. Nearby to most of the malls. Nice, clean room and friendly staff.

Returned to Pavilion for a restful break. Staff are passionate people who believe in serving from the he 99art. Breakfast was consistently good on both mornings. The survey comments requested by Hotel during the stay was well responded to. It was truly a wonderful experience, with meaningful conversations during breakfast with ASST MGR Edward, HOST SUPERVISOR Esca, and FLOOR SUPERVISOR Azam. RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR Suaib was the one who reached out via WA to follow up on feedback. I am very grateful for the excellent service and happy to know that there are people who love their job and spread the good vibes to make guests feel positively energised! Thank you to all at Pavilion!
