I enjoyed every single time there. I booked for my parents. The staffs are friendly and considerate. Got the room decorated as I emailed them to decorate for my parents’ anniversary. They’re very responsive. The staffs there are so well trained and warm. The Ruma Hotel & Residences deserves to be famous

Super nice hotel, all staffs very friendly, I am a female solo traveller, and 2nd time I have come back, rooms a big, clean, has everything you need, mini bar is free, they even have memory foam Pillow, emails you when you need to checkout, willing to let me check in early after my polo,

I had the pleasure of staying at The Ruma Hotel & Residence last Thursday and I must say—it was such a lovely experience! The place oozes quiet luxury—everything felt spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. What really stood out for me was the amazing service from the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcome drink (which was so good, by the way!). The check-in process was smooth, and all the information shared was clear and helpful. And when it was time to leave, they even helped send my luggage to the car—such a sweet touch! Oh, and the pool with a view? Stunning. Not to mention the breathtaking view from our room—it made the whole stay feel extra special. If you’re looking for a relaxing, pampering stay in the city, I’d definitely recommend The Ruma. Can’t wait to go back!

First time in 5 star hotel i see big quie for breakfast, sometimes need wait 10-15 minutes before entrance.

Despite the brief visit, we enjoyed the hotel’s top-notch facilities, including a serene infinity pool and a quiet library lounge. The breakfast was exceptional, with a delicious selection of local and international dishes and attentive service. The RuMa Hotel offers luxury, excellent service, and a prime location in Kuala Lumpur, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. We hope to return soon for a longer visit!

Every interaction felt personalized and professional — they really go the extra mile without being intrusive. • Facilities: The rooftop infinity pool is stunning, with a great city view and a relaxing vibe. The gym and spa were also well-equipped and spotless. • Location: Quiet yet central — just a short walk to Pavilion Mall and KLCC, but tucked away enough for peace and privacy. Minor notes: Breakfast is high quality, though not the largest spread. It leans more toward curated and refined than all-you-can-eat buffet style. Overall: The RuMa is a true urban sanctuary. If you’re looking for understated luxury, thoughtful design, and top-tier service in KL, this is it. Highly recommended.

Return customer! Loved this hotel so much the first time I came, had to introduce it to friends! Room is super clean and room service is so often. Mini bar in room is free, bathtub is big, room is very spacious. Easy walk in connection link bridge to Pavilion. We all enjoyed our stay!
