Good location and accommodating staff. I am happy with this booking of mine, will book again here.

it was a last minute plan to stay here as i am so tired to travel back to hometown after my business trip. its cheap and most importantly got parking on site. fee is rm10 per day and u can go in and out anytime. just dont forget to validate your card at lobby every time before going out. food also easily to find nearby, got 7E, Texas Chicken etc even you can order for delivery. the room was not that clean but acceptable for the price.

Generally, I think this hotel is good - closeby public trasnport & attractions etc. I cant flush my toilet in third night and caused the toilet to become messy. Lukily hotel able to fix my toilet in the next day. Good service!

the hotel is old, but the service is good. The BF is very min but ok. Its was just in front of china town KL.The undergnd parking is good for driving to KL at pertiling area.

So good so clean and affordable the cleaners so kind and I hope to see you again soon!

Location of the hotel is good, as opposite to it is China market, day time it is very rushy. On the left side of entrance there is 7-11, from where you can buy SIM card. Coffee snacks and other eatery. Texas chicken is also there. 200m there is KFC Macdonald. Hence location is pretty much good. Took cleanliness is bit of compromised, no tooth brush no shower cap, no tooth paste in the washroom. Room has certain dusty odor, sheets are yellow has certain smell, pillows cover are stained and yellow. Carpet of the room is stained. So if you are cleanliness conscious this hotel is not for you. Staff is bit rude, they charge you 50-100 ringer fee for security deposit. Don’t forgot it take it back and also they will try to deduct tourism fees but you have already paid via your online booking.

Best price offered by Trip.com. We save a lot, comparing with other sites. The hotel is at the center of Chinatown, very accessible to the tourist locations such as the Central Market, Mydin, Petaling Street, street food places. A few steps from Pasar Sentral train station and transportation hub. The breakfast is not fancy but acceptable and filling. We loved the Texas Chicken restaurant and 7-11 store downstairs. Will recommend.

Awesome hotel in the heary of KL 1. Location is right by petaling street entrance with easy access via mrt n theres also parking available at the basement 2. room is spacious clean n every items working great (heater, ac etx) 3. service: the admin n security staff is friendly n helpful 4. amenities: no swimming pool but the location n theres a 7-11 with an atm in the building makes it worth while

Overall is good. And my request for near lift and 2 excess card is granted.

Really loved the stay in this hotel. It's an excellent budget stay with all necessary facilities being present in room. Staff were super polite and catered to our ad hoc needs on time. Location of this hotel is the major advantage for tourists as major locations are just walking distance away and you can take GRAB which is affordable as well. Petalling street is just opposite of the hotel which makes shopping and food exploration more fun!! In ground floor you have 7-11, Texas Chicken which is open 24hrs! 5/5 rating to PACIFIC EXPRESS CHINATOWN!

This hotel 1st time stay very badly, reception service very badly, never say welcome, not smile, talking no friendly, how you do the business like that? nobody training your staff well right? service is too bad, impolite talk, morning breakfast food only a few dishes are too poor, cooking is too bad, no have eggs, room price is very high, sewer smell is everywhere in the room, I will never come back again.
