Location: The hotel is perfectly located near KLCC, making it convenient to explore Kuala Lumpur’s top attractions. The area was peaceful, yet close to all the action. 2. Rooms: The suite was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette or stunning city views. The design and comfort of the room made it feel like a home away from home. 3. Facilities: The infinity pool, rooftop lounge, gym, was a standout feature. It offered incredible views and a relaxing atmosphere, making the stay even more enjoyable. 4. Service: The service was exceptional! Trip.com went above and beyond by arranging a late-night check-in for us, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free arrival. I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay due to the appalling service and unacceptable conditions. Upon check-in, I immediately reported numerous issues, including a leaky and spraying health faucet, a non-functional exhaust fan, a bathtub that was impossible to shut and open, and a filthy toilet seat. Despite my complaints, the management failed to provide a alternative room, which, although inconvenient, was somewhat understandable. However, the subsequent "repair" efforts were grossly inadequate. A repairman only addressed the faucet issue and performed a cursory room service, neglecting all other problems. To add insult to injury, the staff showed a shocking lack of follow-up and concern, leaving me feeling frustrated and disregarded."

Booked the place as I had events to attend at IJN. Room itself is spacious and clean enough for a solo traveller. Looked more like a studio room. The view from the 30th floor was nice and you can see the main skyscrapers in KL from the elevator waiting area. Had some trouble with the shower light not working and they only replaced it the next day as there’s no maintenance after 6pm. There’s no public transport near to the place so you either had to walk out further or get a Grab to travel if you don’t drive. Oh and the parking fee is RM25/day and you have to pay upfront depending how many days you stay.
