The service was exceptionally good and clean, just a bit noisy in the neighborhood. Value for money is very high, worth recommending.

The service of the receptionist is excellent,willing to address my problem and settle the issue immediately. Free coffee/tea and water dispenser at lobby. Just don't stay at the room facing main road and MRT rail if you are light sleeper. Overall comforable stay. Above my expectation.

Good hotel,nice place,but room very small,very tight space , Decorations superb

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel because it's very close to where I take classes and there's free parking on weekends. The first two stays were good, except for one or two ants on the table, but overall it was good. But this third experience left me very disappointed. The water pressure in the shower was very low, the toilet could not flush water, and the water was cut off immediately. and The air conditioner is leaking. Hope it can be improved.

I check in late at 1 am on the 30 mar and i book was 29 mar. So i clearly ask the hotel night staff about the time i can check out. Then he say 1.30pm if you dont want to be having additional charge then i ask again, so before 1.30pm i come out the hotel then so change right? Then he say yes, if after 1.30pm then will have half day charge for the room. Then i say okay. Then they call me at 12plus and i was in bathroom then i rush out and i pick up and say hello but the line not clear then just ended. So i call back when i done shower then i say i will be done soon then i say the check is 1.30 pm right, then the person over phone say no no no then i say huh then he say is by 1 pm then i say okay then i quickly pack and leave but at that time was like 12.57 close then i come down was 1.28pm then counter man say mdm then deposit was charged(100rm) then i say why? It was before 1.30pm then the counter man say it was 1pm then i say the hotel night staff say that it was 1.30pm then the counter staff explain that all this special request will be written in memo or in system. Then i was like then can you contact your night staff? I did comfim with him before i go into my room.... Then counter man say that i need to wait because the night staff is resting. Then i say okay. So awhile then counter staff say that the night staff say the time wrongly then he say the manager will deduct the 100rn from the person salary. Then the counter staff say, next time dont ever believe what the staff say just see the check out time. Then i say like okay. But it feels like if the person say wrongly then dont trust the staff words then i rather speak to the bot. Will not have trust issues. But i will come back for the bed and pillow because i really comfortable but not the service nor amenities but just for sleep only.

The hotel room is small but the staff there perfect , we accidently leave our handbag at the lobby , the staff is very honest help us to kept the handbag until we go there collect Thanks very much to the honest staff

Stay for two days but never clear the room on the second day. Staff is friendly no doubt!

I enjoyed this stay at the He and our boutique hotel because of the excellent customer care and good facilities. It is also in the vicinity of everything I needed to do. There is a restaurant within two minutes of walking. That has very good food. And other Major things like shopping are close enough. I am looking forward to staying there again. The price is right. The location is great. And it was very quiet. When you stay at a hotel, you want to make sure that everything is secure. There was always somebody at the main desk. And the phone had at the room had a phone in it. There was also plenty of soap in the shower. One of the best things about this hotel was that the bed was in very good condition. It wasn’t saggy like many hotels have, where 1000 people have slept on it and left an impression in the middle. This bed was firm and seemed pretty new. and that enabled me to get a good nights sleep. I figure, if you can’t get a good nights, sleep, what uses it? But this was a very pleasant experience for me.
