It’s great for the location. Walking distance to KLCC and many other malls. The room we stayed doesn’t come with TV. The building is quite run down so are the rooms.

Excellent location. Few mins walk to golden triangle. Old hotel but comfortable. Very cold aircon, hot shower working normally. Things are old and certain things broken and not repaired such as leaky taps, broken glass on window and windows that cant be fully shut but didn't affect my stay. I stayed right next to where all the aircon compressors are installed so it was really noisy but bearable. Avoid rooms on that side of the building (near emergency staircase).

Faster check in process. Friendly staff. Clean room, spacious. Easy access to Bukit Bintang & nearby. Always stayed here while visiting KL. definitely will staying here again.

Good location, there is a beautiful view from the room corner. The hotel is close to the LRT train. and 10mins to go Pavilions meanwhile the construction areas are also close by. The intersection is nearby if you do not want to wake up middle of the night I suggest you request the room far from the road site.

Very easy to assess to monorail, Bukit Bintang and KLCC. Has a restaurant beside the hotel ( prices are reasonable ) . It’s not bad to stay here if your expectation was not high . Only a bit noisy.

One of the worst hotel to stay In Kl it’s small hotel like guest house . Our friend visit us in room and bring dinner for us by mistake he keep at bed. Later bedsheets got dirty when we check out Chinese guy who don’t now how to talk to guest he ask to pay extra 50RM. And he said we are Muslim we just know to clean .i think he did not take shower that day I m sure 1000%. Will never go again and will not recommend to anyone And no room service , air conditioning not good .

Need a wipe shower in Washroom and If customer get an wather heater for making tea/coffe, It whuld be the best hotel in Central KLC.

Location 5 stars! Overall 5 stars because of the cleaner guy! He’s the best of all who worked there! Food is great. Amenities simple but at the same time have all you need (mattress is little hard) But there is a downside. When I came at night 12:40 am rhe door was closed. The phone number that on the trip.com is not the one. There was one phone # on the desk and person who came after 15-30 min after I’ve got to the hotel territory opened the door for me and was super rude (kitchen staff who met me outside just laughed that nobody opens and left, pretending they not speaking English, which they are, next days I went to eat over there and they helped me) so whoever works night shifts if it’s that hard for you then change the job. Hotel should consider to hire another person for this role, cause I’ve read that it’s happened previously as well. Other than that it was great stay! Again thanks to cleaner on the 3rd floor 🤝

Very near to Kl tower and Petronas tower. This is my second time to stay in this hotel

Great location. There is also a fancy restaurent in the compound. The rooms are a bit old but enjoyable although there is no bidet shower in the toilet. No fridge in the room. The AC's flaps are broken and removed. Electric Kettle was provided upon request. No complimentary coffee or tea in the room. The internet was down one night and when I told the staff at the reception about it, his response after asking me to turn on/off the wifi on my devices is to just wait until his boss returns to solve the issue because he knows nothing about it. Good thing the internet was back after 20-30 minutes. The other staff members are ok.

The hotel is very close to the Pavillion, the famous Damascus shawerma, a bar street area with many restaurants, too, and just about 50m from Raja Chulan Monorail station, room and bathroom are spacious and tidy and the management at the front desk very friendly and helpful e.g. with storing the luggage before and after checking in/out. Water heater is a bit outdated but worked well. Only negative thing is the noise from the ventilation of the building next door. Fortunately it was switched of about 10:30pm , but also started early again next morning.
