It’s close to many restaurants and night markets. There are great restaurants around the hotel. Staff are friendly.

It was a nice hotel to be on. Its just that it is a bit small and amenities are few. Also food are so few of choices

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The room I was given had curtains that couldn’t be fully closed, allowing outside light to stream in. I reported this issue on the first day, and while the staff assured me it would be addressed, no one came to fix it during my entire stay. On my second day, I left the “clean my room” sign on and expected housekeeping to tidy up while I was out. When I returned at 5 p.m., the room was still untouched. After calling reception to ask why it hadn’t been cleaned, I told them I’d be out for another hour and they could clean it then. However, when I came back at 6:04 p.m., the housekeeper was just starting to clean, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Adding to the discomfort, the guests in the neighboring rooms were constantly slamming doors and ringing doorbells late at night, between 11 p.m. and midnight. Their loud, inconsiderate behavior made it nearly impossible to relax. Overall, this hotel failed to provide even the most basic level of service and comfort, leaving me very disappointed with my stay.

We only stay for one night since it is only our transit, but then we had a great night. The bed was so comfy with a very good room view. Thank you, and I will surely book this hotel longer next time. Pam & Reg ❤️

The Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur boasts a great location, offering easy access to major attractions and public transportation. However, the hotel falls short in terms of service and staffing. The service needs significant improvement, and there are not enough staff to cater to guests efficiently. Additionally, the elevators are notably slow, causing inconvenience. Given these drawbacks, I wouldn't recommend this hotel despite its advantageous location.

Amazing rooftop dining area with the famous KL view. South building is more recommended than North building. It’s better view options and located around the corner of the block.

Room is tiny but clean. The bed is very narrow it's not comfortable to sleep if you are couple. The thinnest pillows Ive ever seen (look at the picture). Nice view from the rooftop. Breakfast's not great not terrible. I would like like to see more deserts but thanks for keeping me fit. Friendly stuff. Elevators are very slow, just three of them for such a big building.

Pillows are too soft. There is no hair dryer in the room as advertised. So, I requested both at the reception counter and they provided both. The room is lovely. Roof top bar at 25th story and the view is amazing. Overall good.

Single bed room booked with window but window was facing inside each other. Room look not like abit dark. Breakfast not many choices.

Despite the excellent service and cleanliness at the Hilton property, the disappointing location overshadowed these positives. Despite the stunning views, the inconvenience of the location, coupled with limited access to nearby attractions, left me with mixed feelings about the overall experience. As a guest expecting the quality associated with the Hilton brand, I had hoped for a more convenient and central location to complement the excellent service and cleanliness.

The hotel was actually a good experience, but seems like our arrival didn’t go well since the card cannot be use to enter the room
