Excellent. My second stay in this hotel. Strategic location just very heavy traffic when peak hours. Easy access to surrounding and only ten minutes drive to TRX and Pavillion. Service excellent and we love the breakfast. Variety choices. Will definitely back again.

My unit has just completed its renovation, but there's still a noticeable, lingering smell from the work. I've already raised this issue twice: The first time, room service sprayed some air freshener, which unfortunately didn't help. The second time, the front desk informed me someone else would be sent to double-check, but no one came. As it was nearly 7 PM, I decided to take the room without calling again I Love the breakfast provided the hotel every time especially Nutella auto-machine "Thumbs up"!!

Two rooms can be connected, that is really convenient for family trip.breakfast and dinner are amaizing.

What a rushing day i had!!! last minute booking. meeting until 4am in the morning. Tq so much to Mr Rubhan Front Desk, You helped me a lot, the room that you gave me was superb sky view. And willing to assist me even though you already finish your work shift. I can see your dedication in hospitality not just as your job but your passion and your kindness to help a guest when ever they needed.

I love love love Doubletree By Hilton KL so much. Every year I will come here for my Birthday Celebration all the way from Penang. I love the hospitality and the give complimentary birthday cake and decoration upon request. This time I noticed the Buffet Breakfast was really nice. I enjoyed the idli and coconut churney so delicious. The half boiled eggs was perfectly cooked. All the pastries was delicious. This time I noticed they serve fresh honeycombe abd yup I didnt know there are chines breakfast section at another side of the restaurant. So I tried everything bit by bit and really happy with the delicious foods. Really worth to book hotel with breakfast this time yeahh happy tummy 😝😝 Strategically located on top of Intermark Mall making itvreally convenient for guest to shop and find foods downstairs. The LRT and MRT station just stone thrown away what else you could ask from a perfect Hotel like this? Perfect for organizing events and business trips too. And yes this is the most affordable 5 star hotel in KLCC area. Wishing Doubletree KL all the best and YES definitely will come back soon 🥰

I arrived at night and checked in quite fast. Room is big and clean. I like their bed and light setting. The bathroom is comfortable too. Their bottled drink surprises me as it's a glass bottle. Will return to stay again soon.

The service provided by hotel is good. Complimentary simple decoration for anniversary. Downside is muffin given are not tasty as I think. I thought hotel breakfast buffet would be nice but no more honeycomb treats. Just variety of simple chinese, Malay, Indian cuisine etc. No much surprising breakfast to be expected. Pool is small and pool view is just normal. Walking distance to lrt ampang park but very far to walk to Pavilion, better to take lrt or mrt if rush of time. Car park is quite small, have to ask guard outside Intermark mall to confirm where's the car park. Use tng card to enter car park,remember to waive car park fee at counter before drive out.

We had good stay at Double Tree, welcoming staffs, very clean. It’s attached to Intermark, and many stores and food stalls around. Worth going!

Stayed for 3nights, great experience n love the bed. bfast were good too.. we stayed there during Raya and they served Raya dishes on 1st Syawal. grateful as we were away from home 🫶🏻

While the spread was average, it lacked variety, especially for North Indian vegetarians. The options were quite limited, which might be disappointing if you’re used to a wider range of choices. In summary, if you’re looking for comfortable rooms and good service, this hotel is a solid choice. Just don’t expect a lavish breakfast experience, particularly if you prefer North Indian vegetarian dishes.

Overall is good, room is clean, breakfast is nice, the pool is not big, and gym is small as well

I booked a non-smoking floor, but when I got there, I was given a smoking floor! The smell of cigarettes was so bad that my wife had trouble sleeping! The TV in the room I was given had problems! The wash basin was also blocked! There is an employee named Haritz! I am really dissatisfied with his service attitude! At first he said my room was cancelled! Then he said there was a room! I said I booked a non-smoking room! But he arranged a smoking room for me! This four-day, three-night stay was really unpleasant and stressful for us! Because we could always smell cigarette smoke! We will never choose this hotel again!
