Location ok. Room just normal. Very old already. But price 70. Don't expect too much. Better book imbi more new

Located in front of this famous Chinese roti shop. It is quite new and facilities are still good.

I love it when they can negotiate the room price since I'm a regular even for walk INS even when you are on a budget I will come back soon

Pictures online do not match the actual rooms available , the toilet was leaking water, the walls are then so the noise from other rooms is extreme sorry. The wifi is good though

The hotel location was good. It was near the train station, pavilion, lot 10, farenheit and all attractive food/ restaurant shops. I booked deluxed queen room for 2 nights. However, the room was so small and tight space. Our bed was just beside the toilet door. It was not comfortable to sleep next to the toilet. There was no iron provided. The instruction for check in was confusing. There were a signage over the door when we arrived saying we need to go to kingston hotel but when we go there, we were asked to go back to swing and pillow hotel. We change our hotel because its wasnt comfortable in terms of the space. It was not suitable for a family with kids as the hotel is noisy at night. the hotel is suitable only for a short stay. not recomended for people with claustrophobic.

BAD EXPERIENCES!!! The reason I booked this accommodation is bcz I across to the Restaurant Mon Beef and I don’t need that much space so Deluxe Room is would be great for me. Unfortunately when check-in and went to the room, they gave me Standard Room with so tight-space bathroom and shower. I asked to change the room with I am supposed to get, then they gave me but the room actually wasn’t ready with dirty and still wet bathroom, dirty room floor and even there was 1 mug with coffee left a bit on the bottom still on the room, no soap, no bathroom’s mats, only the mattress was clean. They said, no more available room with same type I booked and there was such unreasonable for me bcz I booked before the trip, not walk-in. Check in staff say sorry but the only he can do is give me that Standard Room. Sorry, I don’t want that room that’s why I booked the Deluxe Room. And I tried to cancel the booking even though I know this non-refundable but this fault came from them not me. And the staff said cancel via app. I asked Trip.com chat to cancel with described reason hoping that cancellation accepted and they’ll refund my money. Instead, 2 hours later got replied on the chat cancellation is rejected by the hotel and need to contact the hotel. I repeat the same cancellation process and got another rejection! Dear Hotel Management, give me back my money!!! This review is my honest experience of how unprofessional the management is. I’m really disappointed and a bit angry. Just book other hotel nearby this hotel, not here. Many option with similar room rate

New upgrade in the centre of Bukit Bintang..near to all the attractions and foods

1st time stay di hotel yg pandai teda air.. Sedih n kecewa jg sbb air tu kan penting utk kgunaan.. Diharap pihak hotel dpt perbaiki la kelemahn ini. Klu alasn tangki kecil, tukar la yg lbh besar.. Spjg 4 mlm d sna, rs kecewa la.. Mana lg tgh mlm Ada percubaan org buka pintu blik. Rs mcm x brapa secure pun ada.. Sgt2 kecewa
