Location is great but the room had a stench to it and alot of things were not in good condition. Sofa had a stain. Would not stay there anymore.

We recently stayed at Tropicana The Residences for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the incredible view of the Petronas Towers right from our window, which was just a short walk away. The hotel’s housekeeping service was excellent, with our room being cleaned and refreshed daily. Overall, the combination of a great location, comfortable rooms, and attentive service made our stay truly enjoyable, and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

The location is excellent, and I booked a one-bedroom room with a stunning view of the twin towers—absolutely breathtaking. The customer service is exceptional, with prompt and attentive responses at all times

Was a little worried when I read negative reviews about issues with check in /out but we had a very smooth and pleasant experience.  All was good except for the wait for the lift. Will recommend friends to stay at Tropicana for sure.

Great locations, right next to the twin tower. Great view from the living room and the bedroom. Helpful staff.

The booking, to the check in and check out was a breeze for our family. The apartment was very clean when we entered and it fit for a big family of 11 people.Location was great near to malls and eating places.Will definitely book again if we are coming back to KL.

I recently stayed at this residence in Malaysia for 5 days and 4 nights, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. Upon check-in, the Indian receptionist insisted on a cash deposit, even though I didn’t have enough cash on hand. I eventually had to use my credit card, despite his repeated requests for cash. The room I was given was disappointing—dusty with untidy mattresses. Sitting on the sofa and bed made me feel itchy. To make matters worse, there was a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the toilet during the night. The next day, I approached customer service to request a cancellation of my booking due to the poor conditions, but my request was denied. They offered to inspect the room, but I was already out of the hotel at the time. By the second night, I decided to book another hotel as I could no longer tolerate the unacceptable conditions. This was a highly disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this residence to others.

Best best best. The location is premium. You can see both twin tower and KL tower in other direction. The room is spacious. Really worth all peny.

Location is great and close to metro and twin towers. We had an awesome view of the towers and the stay very comfortable. The view from the roof top view was breath taking.
