Room needs to be freshened up better. Service meet expectations and location is average. Nothing really to complaint but can be better. Overall, not a bad choice. Room make up is only in between 5pm to 7pm… so kinda of Inconvenient if u already back to the room. We have to skip 2 days room make up, instead just ask for fresh amenities instead…

All is good: location, quick check-in, rooms are new and clean. View is fantastic (incl pool area) Worth to visit, will come again.

This is a very nice hotel. The suite we stayed in was very large and had a lot of air conditioning to keep the room warm. The reception staff is polite and responsive. This has made my stay a perfect experience. In addition, the location of the hotel is very good, and you can see the Petronas Twin Towers directly from the hotel rooms. The hotel has good hygiene and new facilities. The infinity pool upstairs is beautiful. I have been living in Australia for many years and think this is a very good hotel to travel in peace. Highly recommend. 这是一家非常好的酒店。我们入住的套房非常大，空调很多可以保证房间中的温度。接待服务人员有礼貌，回复及时。这使我得到了完美的居住体验。此外，酒店位置非常好，在酒店房间中可以直接看到吉隆坡双子塔。酒店卫生状况好，设施新。楼上的无边泳池非常漂亮。我常年在澳大利亚生活，认为这是一家非常适合安心旅游的酒店。强烈推荐。

One of my favourite hotel so far at KL. Best infinity pool with perfect view of Twin tower and KL tower. Although a bit crowded. Hotel room was big, with kitchen, dining area & living room. Best place to relax with family. I will book again and recommend this hotel. Location is good near Bukit Nanas train station.

The view is very good. The location is near to Bukit Nanas train station. However the turndown will be their access card system. With 2 card, 1 card allow u to access car park and the swimming pool. Another card to access the floor that u stay and the unit itself. Making it very troublesome for accessing. U need to travel in group. The swimming pool don’t provide towel so remember to bring your own towel. Overall 3/5 stay for me.

The location is great, easy to get around. The view is super nice as well - especially the panoramic infinity pool that you can see both the KL tower and the Petronas towers. We got a free room upgrade to a two bed two bath and it was great - super fast wifi with over 200mbps as well as the washer/dryer is super convenient The only downside is that there is a mosque nearby that has public prayers on the weekends at 6am. There’s no way to sound proof anything because it’s super loud broadcast - so make sure to bring some earplugs to use on the weekends!

Hotel is great. Only downside would be the crowd at the lobby. One of the most crowded lobbies i’ve seen

Very spacious room with fantastic infinity pool on the rooftop 50 floors high. Short walk to Suria KLCC.

Perfect apartment to stay!!! Everything is close to it, check in and check out are really simple, workers from the apartment are always in contact with you! Cleaning is every day!!! The perfect view on Petronas towers!!! 10 out of 10!!! The swimming pool on rooftop is exceptionally great! Thank you
