Its a nice, modern and quite new hotel. The room is very clean but i rate 4 stars for the cleanliness is because the smell of the toilet drainage does goes into the bedroom. And if you shower, the toilet bowl area will be wet too as there is no door/curtain separating the shower. And the toilet door is see through so more suitable for couples. Staff is polite and friendly. Location is great.

Easy check-in and check out. Nicest customer service🤗Lobby at 2nd floor. Deluxe king room just nice. But up to 3rd floor have no good city view. Toilet door not fully covered,some parts are transparent. Aircond just nice. Anyways good place to stay, convenient and very clean. Deposit RM100 needed upon check-in.

best thing abt the hotel is the location. walkable to pavilion, fahrenheit, lot10 and sungei wang, which makes it easy to explore so we can save on grab fares. also can avoid the perpetual jam in the area. did not take bfast but there’s a lot of food nearby so no issue. room was clean and quiet despite being on the second floor. for a short food trip, would totally recommend this place. if you prefer a more comfy and welcoming lobby (the lobby of this hotel is on third floor) then maybe this isn’t the choice but otherwise this was more than enough for us over a long weekend!

Convenient – Jalan Alor food street is just behind the hotel, only a 3-minute walk away. The area is surrounded by eateries and shopping centers, and it's close to both MRT and LRT stations. Clean – The tables remain dust-free even after wiping them with a wet tissue. Modern Design – The hotel features a contemporary design. Complimentary Water – Free drinking water is available in the lobby, and you can take as much as you like.

Still ok. Near to food street. Recommend to everyone who want to eat seafood as there is night market just 5mins walk from hotel.

Overall things are fine with this hotel, reasonable room rate at prime location, MRT station just few minutes' walk from the hotel. Room is a bit but good for the price you pay. it's a bit noisy at night, and I can clearly hear the sound of water flushing from adjacent room as well as noise from the street, that's the only thing I concern with. If a foldable writing bench is available in the room that will be super helpful as I need to work on my laptop in the evening for business. Didn't opt for the hotel breakfast, plenty of options nearby. Check in at 2nd floor, and you can get extra bottle of drinking from there, that's nice.

Prime location with really budget friendly price. At that price, cant complaint much. Another accessible hotel thats just a stone throw away from all the prime bukit bintang tourist spots.

The hotel lobby is located on the second floor and guests can help themselves with free bottled mineral water in the fridge. The check-in process is fuss free with a RM100 deposit which is refundable upon check-out. The room is big, clean and modern though the hotel looks like a boutique from the outside. Though our room was facing the main street, there was no noise from the outside which I think the windows are sound proof. Gave the location a four as it is along a busy street and prefer somewhere quieter. Service was good and staff were friendly. It's a keyless concept with a digital lock where code is to be entered. Breakfast is choice of a set meal from 8.30am to 11am.

Stay here for second time! It was too good! Will come back again in the future

staff friendly and very near the pavillion

Stayed here for 2 nights. It was very quiet even though it was busy outside. The bed and pillows were comfortable and soft. The TV was ok as it was a smart TV. The wifi was good. The glass door to the bathroom was only partially tinted so you could see people using the toilet from the bed. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is located in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Easy access to everywhere with LRT/MRT nearby. The hotel delivers well in term of cleanliness,comfort,and well maintained. The staff were friendly, Accessing the room with using a pincode(Digital key). The room was comfortable and well-appointed and the bed was cozy. Many shops available just within the vicinity and plenty of eateries nearby as well. Highly recommend for anyone visiting KL and look forward to my next stay
