This place is the located at the heart of Desa Sri hartamas where you are surrounded by hundreds of f&b outlets…. The gym is very new and the swim pool has got a very scenic view …. Water in the pool is just nice…. The service staff are friendly and very helpful… I checked out at 12 noon but my transport was not due until 3pm, so the staff allowed me to hang out at the co working area where’s air con and free WiFi … tq… will recommend this place to all my associates

I booked this property because it’s near my friend’s home. I did not know it was a service apartment. So do not expect room cleaning service . The check in process was not up to standards compared to other facilities. I was upgraded into a one bedroom apartment but it terms of layout and size… it just that the living area in my apartment is clearly defined . The apartment while still new and clean, I felt that the amenities were sadly not up to scratch. I felt the apartment is very very basic and yet some basic necessities were not provided . The kitchenette was not well equipped at all. Like one set of chopsticks and a spoon and fork. My friend’s regular room had six sets for plates and utensils… The bathroom was really basic. Body wash and shampoo and a hand wash …. That’s it. No hand towel not tissues . We had to ask for it. I suggest house keeping be more consistent and attentive.

Good place to stay, hosted by bamboo hospitality and happened to be the same host of my previous stay nearby. Stacy is amazing, responsive to questions and given me clear check-in instruction. Upon arrival, i found that housekeeping tean missed out towels, Stacy responded and solved it right away. She's a helpful and super fine lady, look forward to see her in person.
