Royce Residences Kuala Lumpur by ALMA

Spacious, clean apartments in a convenient part of the city. The staff were lovely and approachable. The elevators however were awful to deal with, especially in the hustle of Chinese New Year time. The hotel caters mostly to Chinese, with families being the biggest occupier—which meant that it was busy to due to festivities and not exactly a peaceful stay. The pool, which was lovely, was full of naughty, loud kids, which just encouraged other pool users to simply leave when screaming, running and splashing took over the area. It was quite sad really as I’d booked this hotel because of the vista. In the future, I hope that the hotel can encourage parents to better mind their children when using the facilities. For the amount of guests, I think the hotel public space is a bit small, which made bad guest behaviour more obvious. Thankfully, our room was super quiet and so we got to enjoy some downtime there. I don’t really recommend couples here looking to have a relaxing weekend away, although it may be more suitable to families…

I had a wonderful stay at Royce Residences Kuala Lumpur by ALMA. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff who were always ready to assist. The facilities were impressive, featuring a well-equipped gym, a beautiful outdoor pool, and spacious, modern rooms with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to major attractions and public transportation. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its great service, excellent facilities, and convenient location.

Walking to twin tower only about 7mins,and there is a sky swimming pool,it's a good view. The room I forgot to take pictures,but is clean big and comfortable.
