Great stay by the heart of the city, alongside Bukit Bintang, but not within its hectic streets. So it’s still nicely tucked away. Some thought has been put into the design of this hotel so it looks good too. It has a nice and well furnished lobby for cooking and socialising. And an open air rooftop for hanging out.

Room was exceptionally clean and cozy, location was good and self check in and check out were smooth

The room is spacious and the common area looks cozy. Though it’s best you wipe everything before using if there’s hygiene concern. Close to convenient stores, mall and restaurant. Generally good location without much to complain about.

Location very near to train station and time square mall. Room are clean . Booked a loft room with no windows. The bed on top , which is a double decker style. A bit dangerous as there are no cover btw the bed and below.

Near IMBI monorail, easy to get to. Malls nearby - Bajaya Times Square and the new LalaPort. All walking distance to Sungai Wang, Jln Alor etc. Very central. Great co-working space on the ground floor, nice vibes. Room upkeep and maintainence can be better...

I absolutely loved Upstairs Downstairs, it was so cozy and charming! The location was perfect, not too far from Jalan Alor and Pavilion Mall, which made exploring the area super convenient. I’ll definitely be coming back for another stay!

Cozy little loft room, very near Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang station, Pavillion Mall and others. Located in a quiet street in Imbi, but still within proximity of night life activities within the area.

Location is good just walk 10 min to MRT Station and 3 min to monorail station. The room is comfortable and clean. Self check in is make everything more easily. I like the environment just like home-style living. So great.

Overall, the place is quite okay. Was abit worried about the bad reviews on google, but it turns out fine. The room is quite clean, except some dust and hair at the corner of table (maybe the cleaner didn’t notice it?), and one or two hair on the bed. Check in and check out is very convenient, except that the check in time is abit later compared to other hotels. Although the counter dun hav staff 24/7, immediate and fast response was given when contacted thru WhatsApp. Location is very near to KLCC, which is very convenient for me as I’m going KL to attend CF oni, except that grab drivers always cannot find the entrance of the hotel, maybe it’s something that the hotel can improve on? The share area is cozy and I love it. Ate my dinner at the area so that my room will not fill with the food smell overnight.

it was great . locations also nice . near with mrt bukit bintang . also good securityy . it has two gate before enter rooms . kkv and 99speedmart is the nearest shopping lot . also its near with viral chinese beef bun . check out progress also very easyy.
