Clean and nice location. Everything you need is available. Nice pool. The stuff is very friendly. Was a pleasant stay.

Overall the apartment’s clean, comes with a balcony with view of the Petronas towers and spacious. However, I do not recommend staying here with the long wait for lifts and unfriendly staff. It took us 10 mins just to get a lift during checking in as one of the lifts was not working. There are only a total of 4 lifts serving 52 floors; takes forever to get into the lift! Staff wasn’t the friendliest as well. We told staff via WhatsApp that we’ll check out around 11:15am. They came over early around 11:05am so we told them to come back later as we’re not ready. At 11:14am we texted via WhatsApp that we are ready to check out. The staff replied at 11:26am asking if we’re sure that we’re ready to check out now. Staff finally came over and gave an unfriendly demeanour.

Quiet location and has a nice swimming pool. They provide extra services like set up for events.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at Royce Residence Hotel to celebrate her birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From start to finish, the hotel exceeded our expectations. First of all, the location is fantastic—just a short distance from KLCC, making it convenient to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and serene environment. The surroundings are beautiful, and the hotel itself feels luxurious yet cozy. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The modern design and comfortable amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the view from our room, which added a special touch to the celebration. What truly made our stay memorable was the staff’s attentiveness and kindness. They went above and beyond to make my girlfriend’s birthday special, and she was absolutely thrilled with the experience. She even gave the stay a perfect 9/10! Overall, Royce Residence Hotel is an excellent choice for both leisure and special occasions. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay in Kuala Lumpur. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

The location is good. The swimming pool is on the 51st floor. You can see the KLCC by the pool. Such a romantic view. The room is big and clean. The bed is soft. Everything is great.

This place is one of the best places to stay and especially during the new year! The staff were super accomodating and we love how they are so polite and patient too! View from the room was awesome too! Will definitely recommend to anyone coming here as well as will stay here again!

Room was big and fancy. But one things is the toilet have smell which is the toilet smell in the room when u sleep if no close the door the smell can come out. The water not so hot.

Overall, I enjoyed and satisfied staying there 3D2N with affordable price. I might stay there again in the future. There's a room for improvement..maybe they can provide cold water for water purifier. 😉😉 and please fix the plug in the bedroom. It's quite dangerous for kiddos. Forgot to inform the management.

The homestay was good with timely service provided however there was no coffee e.g 3 in 1 provided. Also, we were given the apartment at level 33. The wait time for the lift was terrible having to wait for 5-10 mins each time we need to take the lift. It serves up to level 51. The parking was even worse. Given parking lots on levels 7 and 10. The going up and down the carpark was terrible with so many turns and the narrow carpark was really a hazzard. Though the timing service was a plus point, the carpark was a total turnoff. Might not consider again.

I think one should not go for 1 day Take a week stay over this hotel And be at hotel enjoy the view from hotel Go to take swimming and come back take rest If you want to make something go by yourself. You have all the things here for cooking food. If you want to cook just bring your ingredients and food and make here And the you can enjoy and no need to go out from here just enjoy. My stay was very short but in future if I have time I will try to go here and stay at least a week

It was a pleasant stay! Staff was accommodating and we had a smooth check in despite arriving in early wee hours. It’s our second time here and no regrets.
