It was a amazing stay at this place for me, the apartment was very clean with a amazing view . The roof top pool with a twin tower view was spectacular. I would totally re4commend this place 10/10 . will definitely visit this place again . It was just a 5 min walk from the apartment to the twin tower mall. Totally worth it.

Добрый день! Сняли апартаменты на 2ое суток. Расположение хорошее, удобное, близко до башен Петронас. Единственное и главное, что было при выборе- это вид с крыши. Вид потрясный. Конечно сами апартаменты не особо чистые. Убираться там нужно почаще. Белье на кровати нужно стирать порошком получше, запах на простынях присутствует. Но, в целом, думаю твердая четверка.

非常推薦的一個住宿的地方，就在雙子塔的旁邊，沒有菲斯酒店的人多和擁擠的電梯，衞生也非常乾淨，價格又比菲斯酒店低。6樓公共設施層有超大泳池和健身房。頂樓有小泳池，可以直麪雙子塔，非常推薦晚上上頂樓看夜景。接待我的印度裔小哥人非常好，我們租的車，泊車人多收了我們10塊錢的停車費，他還幫我們去要回來，非常贊，這個酒店絕對五星好評。

房間很大，地段非常方便，離雙子塔很近，很滿意的一次消費體驗

I booked by booking a “ Luxurious Apartment 3 Mins from KLCC Petronas view”. The check-in was a pain, no instruction received and luckily we had a Malaysian SIM card so we could make calls. You have to pay a deposit for the key. The apartment was not clean, hair in the shower, shower drain and cutlery drawer. Stains on the floor and mirror. There were still slippers from others. Duvet cover had stains and the cover had not been changed (there was still a book underneath from the previous tenants). There was no toilet paper, 1 cup and 2 glasses.... no warm water. After reporting nothing was done about it! NEVER book here!

A rather unethical business operator. So BEWARE. You may have paid a FULL fee for your room, but when you arrive your room may have been given up. And they said that the cancellation incurs no fee??!! I booked a room early and had a good rate. But according to the hotel (thru Agoda) they had double booked and cancelled my booking, without a cancellation fee. Upon checking my email, I noticed that it mentions that they requested for cancellation but if I ignored it, my booking will be kept. They cancelled it anyways and sent a email to my office mail which I’m on a sabbatical. I think I should receive a cancellation fee especially I received a shock when my guests arrived and said the room had been cancelled. In the last minute, I booked elsewhere more than double the price. What do you think? Should I be compensated for the difference and also the inconvenience? And now, it seems it’ll take a while to reverse the charges back to my credit card. My regret is that this establishment survived COVID, but I doubt they’ll survive an unethical route in business.

Siamo arrivate alla reception con una camera prenotata mesi prima. Avevamo prenotato su Agoda. Star Residences Art Apartment KL, proprietario Alexander Polyakov, 5 notti. Alla reception che non è una vera reception ma una postazione per le guardie del controllo, ci dicono che dobbiamo chiamare l'host. Gli mandiamo un messaggio su whatsapp e non risponde neanche dopo la visualizzazione. Chiude pure le chiamate. Grazie alla gentilezza della guardia alla reception che ci ha prestato il suo telefono abbiamo immediatamente contattato Agoda. Neanche a loro sembra che l'host risponda. Morale cancellazione della prenotazione. L'opzione proposte il rimborso o altro alloggio. Chiediamo di trovarci un altro alloggio. Nel frattempo il tempo passa e si sta facendo sera. Non prenotate con questo host, non è per niente serio. In attesa apro l'app di booking e trovo una camera in un residence che in mappa sembra molto vicino a dove eravamo. Pagamento in contanti e prenoto. Residence klcc che per fortuna sono appartamenti nel solito palazzo del primo. Quindi non c'è da spostarsi. Incrociamo le dita nella speranza che questa volta l'host risponda. Ha risposto, è arrivato immediatamente e ci ha salvato la situazione. Essendo il giorno stesso alle 17, il prezzo è stato davvero scontatissimo. Agoda ci ha immediatamente rimborsato. Appartamento, carino, spazioso, pulito. Mitiu ( non so se il nome si scrive cosi) è stato molto disponibile, ci ha persino procurato una pentola per cuocere la pasta. Le petronas in vista, piscina panoramica sull'attico, zona centrale. Consiglio questo residence ma mi raccomando non prenotate appartamenti di proprietà di Alexander in residence star one perché rischiate di dormire per strada. Optate per residence klcc e possibilmente con Mitiu che è una garanzia.
