Seldom the airbnb is managed by company with on site staff. This company i shall gv a five star thumb up. They would form a group chat day before check in. During stay if any problem, just ask in the whatsapp group and the staff will attend to the request almost immediately.

I love that it is near transport station & surrounded by shops. Happy that they managed the bookings well, added me into the group chat on time and gave clear proper instructions. There was someone there to brief the key collection and return. It was a rush but still sufficient for me. Room is small. I suggest only for solo trip. Otherwise no room for your baggage. Initially I booked with intention to use the kitchenette but reserved some doubts. Ended up using the microwave only for heating up food. High points would be for the aesthetics of the condo surrounding as per my photos. Very nice.

The unit is overrated based on the reviews. The unit was very basic,clean and okay with a city view, and the self check-in and check-out process was easy. However, there were issues with the bedding, towels, and the bunk bed. Otherwise, nothing particularly special stood out. I had requested white bedding in advance, but the host did not accommodate this. The blankets had an unpleasant odor, and both the bedding and towels were of very poor quality—cheap. The bunk bed was extremely noisy, making the upper bunk practically unusable. The positive aspect is the location, which is conveniently next to Lalaport Mall. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Highly Recommended Stay at Lucentia Residences Bukit Bintang! Booked a stay here last Friday and everything exceeded expectations. The host was super friendly and very attentive – even helped with check-in by opening the mailbox for access card and keys. From the moment you enter the lobby, you can feel the luxury vibes. There’s even a koi pond there! The security staff were also polite and helpful. Parking was convenient and close to the lift lobby – no hassle at all. The unit had 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, plus a comfy sofa bed in the living room. What really stood out was the in-unit front load washer and dryer – super convenient and rare to find in a rental apartment. Bathrooms were stocked with quality essentials like Walch shower gel and Safi shampoo – not the usual cheap stuff! I also reported a slightly wobbly chair and the host responded immediately. That’s the kind of service you want. Definitely coming back here next time!

Small and cozy but with complete amenities. Convenient to go to mall and mrt. Manager was very helpful too.

Great location. The views are epic. There’s Lalaport mall giant shopping center at the ground floor. Super secure building. All the (many) guards were really helpful and friendly. The rooftop swimming pool is fantastic. They have a transparent ring in the floor of the pool that you can look through as you swim over it which is wild. Will definitely book here again. No question. PS - for cat lovers, highly recommend the cat café next door at Lalaport. Meow.

We had a pleasant stay with KLCC & KL tower view from our cozy room! Will stay here again in future. Worth the price! ❤️ aw

Owner text the related checking instructions the day before check in. The checking process is very easy and smooth. Apartment is new and clean, we r watching concert at lalaport and the apartment is connected to venue. Very good choice of accommodation.

Very convenient place, whichever can directly reach lalaport. The swimming pool is big but has many leaves at the child's swimming pool. The room we stayed in had plugged problems. Hope the owner will check properly. But the staff who serve us is very good because he solves the problem as fast as possible and replies to my messages on time.
