Alt i alt er det godt, stort værelse, pengene værd, tæt på KLCC og indkøbscenter. Men én ting er, at selve lejligheden er strengt forbudt for korttidsophold (Airbnb, trip.com osv.). Hvilket vil koste dig RM200, hvis du bliver opdaget af sikkerhedsvagten. Nå, du skal snige dig ind fra lobbyen (ingen bagage må være i lobbyen), det gjorde mig utilpas, og jeg havde et dårligt ophold her. FYI ingen gratis parkering

Hele huset er ret gammelt, men det er meget rent. Der er elkedel, vanddispenser, bestik, tallerkener, kopper osv. Desværre lækkede toilettet. Vi blev tilbudt et nyt værelse, men vi havde kun 1 nat tilbage, så vi benyttede os ikke af det. Beliggenheden er god, mindre end 5 minutter fra Suria KLCC og Twin Tower. Samlet set stadig ret god valuta for pengene, bortset fra at vi var uheldige med lækagen.

Jo mindre der bliver sagt om den svindel, der foregår gennem denne facilitet, jo bedre. Jeg vil bare rose trip.com for deres håndtering af dette, men dette sted skal fjernes fra listen. Jeg gad vide, hvor mange der er faldet for deres svindel. Det er alt, hvad jeg fik at se. Jeg ville have set mere, hvis jeg havde betalt igen for det samme hotel, men nu gennem deres gate-agenter! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

The room is full of ants with some cockroaches, air conditioning was not working, the hotel refused to switch room for us, with the excuse the hotel is all full. After 2 hours of getting the booking agent involved, it was close to midnight, they finally switched a room for us, but then refused to provide us extra blankets, and refused to give us refund. Terrible place with poor hygiene and poor customer services. Hot water was not working, my kids had to shower with cold water at midnight.

Very good apartments. Convenient location, beautiful view. Clean, comfortable, pleasant. Managers helped to find apartments with detailed instructions, order a taxi. Thank you very much for a comfortable stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Carpark is very narrow and need to go up to 10th floor, quit hard to turn. Aircon is not cool, may be our room was face to West and direct sunlight on the glass. Location is very near to Twin towers, 8 minutes walk.

cleanliness and location was awesome. Got twin tower view from bedroom and living room. Check in and Checkout service was different but it is okay, it was flawless. Regarding amenities, the washroom towel was not clean and didn’t had toothpaste or brush. But got good kitchen amenities. Would love to book again

I like this place it has three rooms and refrigerator and a washing machine nice bathrooms and a night lamp.

I had a truly satisfying and pleasant stay at KLCC Suites, where the room was not only clean and well-maintained but also offered great comfort and convenience; the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, making my overall experience smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out.

I just stay only one night in sky suits hotel. Staff are friendly and ready for helping. Explains everything and contacts customers before checking out. The room is big and clean. It is suitable for families and friends who are staying together. All amenities are supplied.

This property doesn't allow airbnb or short term rental. Therefore if you have booked here then you will need to stop at the apartment next to this which is Idaman Residence. Howevet, fear not as the host will actually provide a transportation to the car park where you can later access to your unit via the lift. The best part is even you and your family came in different timing for check in they can assist. The host is very responsive anytime whether its day or night. The unit access card can automatically detect which floor you are heading to which makes it very convenient. Location wise its walking distance to KLCC. The best part is Envi Skydining is just opposite of the building where you can have a nice dining view with your family. The apartment has washing machine with dryer, water dispenser with heater, ironing board and steam iron, netflix and wifi. Only for those who loves to swim will find it a turndown as swimming pool is not accessible due to it was not included in the service My only concern is only on the smell emits from the sofa in the unit the moment you enter the unit. It has moldy smell but other than that the unit is very clean and comfortable. My family and I spent most of the time outside the unit and we are not bothered by that. Another thing to take note, grab are usually not allowed to be inside so if you take Grab you might need to walk down to the security entrance. Overall, we will come back for second time. The view from master bedroom was awesome. Overall all satisfied, only car park need to turn many many round 😁

nice place to stay but the airbnb condo was not allowed.
