Plus points to Brother at the reception for reaching out a head of time in our stay. All the information and instructions are clearly stated by him. I really loved the room neat and clean, had enough space. Just the security guard at the swimming pool on duty during our stay was not as good as he should be for treating the guest well. The one at the reception was accommodating and kind. Kudos! All in all it was one of the best place to stay. Thank you so much.

The location was really nice and convenient it’s near from all the famous tourist spots. There’s a 5minute walk night market too. The room was clean and the view from pool was amazing.

A lot of disadvantages that cause discomfort for those who stay in this place. Although, all in all it was not as bad as some other visitors' experience, but it wasn't clean enough. The smell of canalisation in the bathroom is just horrible, I couldn't stand it. The furniture is pretty old, the table was incredibly dirty, the soundproofing was just horrible. Another thing is the so-called reception, which is located in a mall and you have to get there with all your belongings to check-in and check-out. I would not recommend it, although the pool was nice and the view is beautiful. The owner should consider some renewals and take better care of the service. Generally speaking, I was not satisfied with my stay

Room: Does NOT look like pictures, lots of interior stuff has been removed, making it worse (looking at the pictures they attached, and me, none of the paintings, glass table, carpets, pillows or blankets are there. Both tables replaced with cheap wooden tables, and only 2 chairs. Table decor all gone. Cutlery was not cleaned properly. Bathroom wasn't cleaned that well either. Shower drain had not been cleaned - water kept overflowing (disgusting....). I was on floor 30, which was badly located with sound reflection. Kept hearing lots of noise from nearby gymnasium/football courts and prayers were medium-loud. Facilities and things around: Pool was great, but very crowded during sunsets. Gym was minimal, 2/4 treadmills were in need of maintenance. Elevators get very warm when crowded, which happens during "rush hours". Lots of people keep stopping the elevators which also cause problems... AC / Fans are also very loud... Also be aware of deposit that needs to be paid with AliPay or WeChat or Malaysia QR-based payment system, which was also in CNY instead of MYR (330 CNY). Check-in staff not the brightest nor kindest. Multiple agencies share same room on 1st floor (escalators up, not ground floor), and none were customer-oriented. Area is nice, close to Chow Kit market, and if not too hot, it's walkable to KLCC.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel suite. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well maintained. One of my favorite features was the separate living area, which made the suite feel much more comfortable and luxurious. The view from the 33rd floor was absolutely stunning and made every morning and evening even more enjoyable. And the pool area was amazing aswell. I also want to give special thanks to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful. I requested a clothes steamer, and it was brought to my room in no time. That level of prompt and attentive service really stood out. If I had one regret, it would be that I couldn’t extend my stay for the entire trip. I would have happily spent all my nights here. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!
