We had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, and we truly appreciated the beautiful view from our room. Thank you for accommodating our request to have a room that was closer to our preferences—it made a big difference in our experience. One area for improvement would be the facility usage hours, particularly for the Infinity Pool. Extending the pool hours to 10:00 PM (2200hrs) would be a great enhancement for guests who enjoy a relaxing evening swim. Other than that, everything was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend your hotel to our family and friends visiting Kuala Lumpur. Please do keep us informed of any upcoming promotions or packages—we’d love to return and stay again!

Excellent location except for the traffic congestion due to road works along the road facing the hotel l. From the room that was assigned to, I am able to see Petronas Twin Towers, KL Tower and Merdeka 118. 😍😍😍

It’s nice especially the location but the service for the elevator it’s need improvement always long queue and it’s hot inside the elevator.The room is nice too but need a little bit more light. Bathroom need more things to hang on lastly the hallway is always a little bit hot. But overall it’s actually nice and comfortable

So far so good. So many people to use the lifts on peak hours. Beautiful infinity pool. Will live here again

1st time staying in this hotel, super happy with the service from all the staffs . They are super friendly and super helpful. Love the location as it is super easy to access to many places within walking distance and is also very near to MRT station. I love ironing equipment in the room but I find it very difficult and uncomfortable to bend over to iron as the ironing board is small . Not the usual size ironing board either than that am happy with the room. I will definitely go back again . Oh by the way we love the view from our room 👍😊Thanks guys!

It’s the second time we stayed in this hotel. Overall was satisfied just only the for shower room no door and make the bathroom floor wet.

Great location, 5 minutes walking distance to pavillion, Fahrenheit & Lot 10. Nice view from room, infinity pool, friendly staff, a lot of food stall nearby.

great hotel, everything was perfect except for netflix not being supported to watch on the screen, even though the TV remote had the Netflix button. walkable distance from Bukit Bintang station and nearby malls. would stay here again next time!

Strategic location . If take MRT to bukit bintang need come out fr entrance D, more near to hotel,easy walk to hotel. Can enjoy KL day& night view

Really convenient location! 5 mins walk to pavilion mall. Hotel is bright and clean. Staff is welcoming and friendly. The only downside would be the long wait for the lift. Other than that all is good! I would say overall it’s a good stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time!

Located in strategic area, only 5 minutes walk to Pavilion plus, there are plenty of dining options near the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is very helpful—highly recommended!

Lobby overly crowded. Hotel operator can be more friendly and helpful for the check in process.

Very nice hotel and near to TRX, Pavillion. Can walk 5 minutes will arrived at destination. Will be back again soon.
