Location is good , you're surrounded with all the famous buildings around and route to the famous attractions isn't far access via GRAB. However , there isn't a phone in the room to contact customer service for request and you'll be given a QR code which is quite annoying having to ask each day as it would expire. The wifi connection in the room is quite poor too .Also you're not allowed to put rubbish outside the door but also there wasn't a rubbish room around which is very inconvenient . Also the staff in the reception aren't very helpful either especially staff called Anisha (wasn't willing to give her name at first) she gave rolled eyes upon asking for QR code as mention it expires each day 🤷 and on the last day of check out , no smile at all on the face which gave a very unwelcoming feeling towards guests. And no one responses to the WhatsApp customer service as that was the only way to communicate requests/needs. 🤷

Generally good hotel for the price. However, the front desk is extremely understaffed as I had to wait 1 hour for check in. But the room itself is in good condition and location is central.

I booked a 2 bedroom high floor at 48 floor.. The hotel is nice for family with washing machine and kitchen and facilities.. but location mostly need transport to go around.. paid 85rm for the hotel breakfast but feel not worth it.. cos it varieties of food is not really consider a 5* hotel offering.. more of a 3* hotel breakfast… paid 340rm for 4 pax.. we could hv get something better elsewhere

The view of the pool is incomparable. However, not the view of the room. Also, the water of the swimming pool did not look quite clean, the toilet was smelly, and the check-in takes a while.

Awesome place to stay. Very clean hotel. Make sure to have cash for deposit haha 🤣 Super close to the center. From downstairs you can even see the Twins tower. 20min walk to the whole live area. The restaurant they got downstairs is also super good ☺️ You can check my photos for the food and also the restaurant view 😍 they got indoors and outdoors.

The room was big , but only two towel, room cleaning need to make an appointment via WhatsApp... and Walter they also Not give free...only If you als for . breakfast is really Not OK for the price they charging. and the workers there told me during Check in in the Same building is Hotel named face suit and the rooms i booked He conpare me Like AirBNB ...that was the First Stück for the Service and housekeeping person... they Not come by them self . Aircondition is to much loud. i would Not reccomand this place If you are used to have better rooms for this price .

The platinum suites hotel is a very beautiful hotel. I totally enjoyed my stay. It has a very beautiful view from their infinity pool. The location is perfect for easy accessibility to tourist activities. A very clean hotel, services was 5 start quality and their breakfasts was the best too.

I stayed at The Platinum Suites 2 KL by Whitfield for three nights, and overall, it was a great experience. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, especially with the proximity to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, which are just a short walk away. The location is very central, making it easy to explore key attractions around Kuala Lumpur. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars because there was no bathtub, which was a slight letdown considering the style and price range of the property. Still, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the heart of KL with amazing skyline views. 🌇✨

I booked for the view of twin tower, however what I got is Menara KL. Cleanliness good. There is no safe box inside the room. If you need an extra amenities, you need to scan the QR code to place the order and they will send to your room. My room light flickering, and they sent the technician asap to rectified the issue. Hairdryer on and off, and they able to replaced it asap. Walking distance to MRT station as well as Twin Tower. Convenience stores just next to the building. Don’t have a chance to use the swimming pool as it’s raining during our stayed. One thing that I feel disappointed is the sound proof very bad. Can hear all the vehicles honks and those mat rempit. Very noisy. Even middle of the night also still can hear. It’s loud and clear. Can’t really sleep . Other than this, everything was good. Hoping they able to do something with it.
