Loveee the location the layout of the room. But something about the hotel just, doesn’t feel welcoming. Prolly it’s the simple size of the lobby. Overall ok

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. The apartment room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped — perfect for my week-long stay in Kuala Lumpur. Hotel facilities are well maintained, and the breakfast spread offers a great variety and quality. I truly appreciate the consistency and comfort, and I’ll definitely be back for another stay on my next trip to KL.

A very pleasant stay at pan pacific over the weekend. A shout out to Gladys, pan pac ambassador, for the great decoration. I have told them that I will be celebrating our wedding anniversary as well as my wife birthday during the stay. And the team did a great job is decorating the room. My wife and I love it a lot. And also the cake is very delicious. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The hotel is very clean with good water pressure and water heater. All the staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast spread was quite minimal but they were all very tasty. There is a complete gym and game room for kids. Location wise is very strategic - all the major shopping malls are within walking distance. We will consider to come back again when we come to KL. Highly recommended!

Superb stay with the family in the 2 bedroom apartment. Reckon it’s the best family apartment I’ve stayed in. Literally has everything you need; 2 Bathrooms + full amenities like toothbrush and the works Washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher! Stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine Aircon that goes all the way down to freezing temps. Only one issue with the room is that the toilet has slight smell; they gotta work on this part. Location superb, opposite sungei wang, can walk to Times Square, pavilion Service excellent! There’s also a 24 hour gym, pools (1 bigger one and one for kids). Plus a games room with pool table Brilliant stay

It’s a lovely hotel locating in the centre of Kuala Lumpur. The room has everything you need and is spacious and comfy. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is also rich in diversity and taste. It’s about 3-5 minutes walk from Monorail Bukit Bintang Station which brings you to Sentral Station. Strongly recommended.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted us warmly upon arrival, which set a positive tone. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Pavilion, Lot 10, and Berjaya Times Square, making it ideal for shopping and exploring the city. However, the service at the poolside was not as friendly. A bit more attentiveness and warmth from the staff there would have made the experience even better. Still, the convenience of the location and the welcoming reception staff make this a good choice for a city stay.

Clean and tidy. Me and my families stay at two bedroom suite. It so conveniet,the rooms was equip with kitchen,dinning table, washing machine and dryer, steamer and iron. ..the kitchen complete with all the equipment from cooking to dinning. And the hotel was a walking distance to all the shopping. Our holiday full of activities from shopping to shopping ,berjaya time square,lalaport, pavillion ,TRX...all a walking distance. But we did took a mrt for only one station to experience the mrt there. For the room I had a good night sleep on the bed,its very comfy and the best part was the toilet bowl had a bidet ..hahaha. I will come again.

Second time staying in this hotel. And it's still a great hotel to stay in. The room is just perfect. It's in the middle of Pavilion, Berjaya Times Square and The Exchange TRX. Great location to just walk around. You can find food easily anywhere around the hotel. Will book this hotel again :)

The suite was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the fully equipped kitchenette made it easy for us to enjoy a cozy meal in. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and attractions. After a day out, returning to the quiet and beautifully designed suite felt like coming home. The pool and gym were also top-notch, and the whole property had a calm, luxurious vibe. Thank you to the amazing team at Pan Pacific for making my wife’s birthday celebration so special. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality in the heart of KL.

The location is great, next to Lot10, near KCC and walking distance to Pavilion Mall. The room is spacious, the gym and breakfast at the lounge floor at level 25 is good. However, the hotel should refurbish the parquet floor that is run down.

The usual high standards. Room was clean and modern well worth the money..
