The hygiene need to be take care. The floor is very oily. Also the customer service is truly terrible.
The lift there always jam with people especially from 10am to 12pm this session
The parking fees are terrible expensive, which not user friendly at all
Hope the management can improve these weakness.

all good except staff yg bunyikan bell banyak kali (3x-5x camtu) 11.33 am pastu cakap kak keluar kak masa checkout, bukan kita tak nak keluar ayoyo.. before 12 kan sempat ja ka saya yang silap masa. lain la kalau dah lebih pukul 12. 12.01 minit tu acceptable la. Rasa macam dihalau pulak.

If you don't want to be upset!!! Don't book this Hotel.
Why??? Please read....
- Receptionist are not nice, not welcoming, NoT helpful, my room on 19th floor which the light in the bathroom is broken , I went to asked at the reception, he said " you have to call follow the no. On the keycard room, it's not hotel responsibility OMG!!! I have no simcard how can I call to local number?? He didnot care and didnot help, also his behavior to talked to customer is BAD.
- We stayed there 2 nights , no one clean my room, no sign to hang on the door if you want to make up the room.
- Escalator so so slow , check out 11.00 am, we are waiting about 20 mins for escalator.
- A staff eatting noodle soup in front of reception, no manner!!!
- Need more prove if you want to work in Tourism Industy,

Overall the staycation was good. I got the room with a bathtub and it was so good. But the room is moderate. There is no view because of the building in front of my window.

Location was great, 3 mins walk to KLCC. Room was clean. Design very nice. Convenience store downstairs and good Arabic restaurant nearby.

We stayed for 14 nights, two adults and a child of 4 years. We really liked the hotel. Excellent location, nice room, high-quality cleaning every three days upon request at the reception, a great pool with a gorgeous view. It is very convenient that there is a small kitchen with utensils for cooking. We are happy to recommend this hotel.

“We are not a hotel”
These words keep ringing in my ears everytime I asked the front desk why we can’t have a second key card. What has it got to do with whether you’re a hotel or a serviced apartment, your guests need to have the flexibility to access their rooms! Two people staying in a room can have different daily schedules. We need two keys! Is that so hard?
The reception seems unmotivated and not well trained. They have well rehearsed answers and don’t use common sense.
The Chinese new year occupancy was very high and the wait for the four lifts took forever. To make matters worse, the access staircase is tucked behind the reception so it wasn’t easily accessible. Pretty dumb design if you ask me.
The rooms have the most basic of amenities. No disposal slippers, we had to tip toe around the room. Four flimsy hangers in the closet, how much can they cost? Soap dispenser was filled with water, no spare toiletries. Toilet tissues and paper tissues are of the lowest quality possible. Are they afraid I will steal and sell them?
Cleaning of the rooms are conducted every three days. The towels they provided are very thin and do not smell fresh.
The walls are super thin. Your neighbour’s conversations are clearly audible. The traffic noise is also quite loud.
The management is only thinking of how to give you minimal service and at lowest cost. Customer satisfaction is obviously not a priority.

Bed head board is stained with brownish and grey stains.
Room is dusty AF, sneeze your nose off once u turn on the ceiling fan.
The ONLY good thing about the place is the toilet.
Bathtub is big and comfortable.
No curtains for privacy, they have a jagged frame outside the building, but there is a big enough gap at the corner, not sure if we are alrdy exposed to the other side of the building at all from a certain angle. But what can we do?
The lift is slow AF, it’s 40 over stories but waiting for a single lift ends up in a long queue. We didnt go to the pool at the top because the lift is so **** that all of them are activated to go up or down at the same time.
Well, wont recommend and wont come bavk again.

Short story: Not recommended, my first and last time staying at here.
Full story: when i first arrived at the reception, 1 Indian male staff was talking in extremely bad tone and give the annoying face to another tourist from China. When its my turn then the guy ask for my identity card, not expecting a good attitude but at least look at your customer. He took my identity card and forgot to return it to me, like after few hours then i only realised he did not returned to me, then i had to back to the reception and ask for it.
GUESS WHAT, HE WOULD RATHER PUT THE IDENTITY CARD BESIDE COMPUTER INSTEAD OF GIVE ME A CALL, FOR FEW HOURS!!!! DOESN’T HE KNOW HOW IMPORTANT THE CARD IS?
Back to the room, the floor felt sticky and i had to wipe it by myself. Sound proofing was terrible too, you could hear clearly the conversation of another room, i had a bad night when another room beside mine was talking none stop. Also, there were only 4 elevators for the whole building, and need to serve 42 floors. I had been waited for more than 10 rounds before actually managed to get inside during checkout hours, and it’s the non peak hour recommended by the hotel…
Parking wise, you need to pay RM 5 for it, and remember, they would charge you every time you re-enter the parking.

Scarletz suites is a nice hotel. Hotel staff is nice but maybe look for a different renter. Mykey global never replied to any of our inquiries when we were there. We even had to guess that the wifi username was in a different room number just to get a connection. So yes i will stay at scarletz suites again but with a different renter
