Several days before my arrival, I called your reception to request a room on the lowest floor possible, as I suffer from claustrophobia and am unable to use elevators. I spoke with a receptionist who assured me that a room had been reserved for me on the second floor. However, upon my arrival, I was unexpectedly assigned a room on the third floor, contrary to our phone called agreed.
This situation caused significant distress as it did not accommodate my needs, which were clearly communicated beforehand. I find this oversight unacceptable and reflective of poor service, especially since I had taken proactive steps to ensure my stay would be comfortable.
