So far so good.. clean.. room have bathtub 🛀.. large room..but king bed a little bit small size than other hotels

Really good experience with Grand Darul Makmur. My request entertained in a flash. The front desk offer to help me seeing me struggling carry my luggage and other bag. Kudos to the male staff who stand from his desk and come towards to help me. Room and bed spacious for me, my baby and my husband. Will come again!

Nice hotel, largest room in kuantan. It just maybe you can clean up the poo, bit uncomfortable

Spacious room for our family. Good location. However the room that we stay has a very serious clogged drain issue in the shower. Hotel need to fix this

The room is spacious, with an open parking area and a hilly surrounding. However, it may not be suitable if you're traveling alone and carrying a lot of luggage. Breakfast is replaced with sahur at 4:30 AM, offering an acceptable selection. Unfortunately, there are numerous cockroaches in the dining area, which is a concern.

Booked 3 units. Stayed a night. No ROOM SERVICE. Ask for toothbrush, called thrice but by 3 am, it didn't turned up Breakfast is terrible Cold coffee tea n food. Simple noodles n eggs. Even Inn provides better ones

The hotel is very big just the housekeeper don't have much time to deep clean .the hotel toilet full with hairs ..pls ask the housekeeper to maintain the toilet bowl too. Hope there is govt rate for govt servants

Hotel room is spacious, however the shower room hot water is not functioning. Maintenance staff suggest using bath tub for shower. Request morning wake up call on 6 am. I got my morning call to my handphone after check up at 7am

Quite a dated hotel with Super huge room and comfortable bed. Price are reasonable and it’s nearby shopping malls. Will stay again if I visit Kuantan next time!
