Great value for money! Good escape destination when living in Kuala Lumpur and looking for a nice and easy accessible beach destination💯. The staff was exceptionally friendly and hospital. Then location of the hotel is directly by the beach and it has two pools, tennis court, gym and many more facilities. Breakfast is by the beach and offers great sunrise view which you cannot miss, so wake up early! 👌✨️

I had an incredible stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist, Fadzlina was so friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. She was incredibly helpful, providing useful tips about the area and ensuring all my needs were met. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathtub that made for the perfect relaxation spot after a day of exploring. The view was absolutely breathtaking—an uninterrupted vista of the ocean that I could enjoy all day long. The hotel also offers free access to the beach, which was just a short walk away, perfect for a day of sun and sand. The location is ideal, situated in a central area with easy access to local attractions, yet still offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

Such a nice place to be to start the new year! Beautiful beach, sunny days and clean room. Breakfast was to our liking. Second day breakfast was a little different from the first day hence you get to try new things. Service was top notch. Planning for our next trip!

Very satisfied with our visit.. We celebrate our wedding anniversary here at kuantan.. Nice location which near to beach and orher attraction.. we really enjoy the room and hotel view.

Hyatt teluk cenpedak is always our go to place. Close to everything. On our arrival, front desk had been so accommodating assigning us the best room available at the time for family with little kids. Breakfast buffet was good. However room cleaning service was below satisfactory. They didnt replenish box of tissue and toiletteries and didnt change towel. They could better cleaninv up the room. Other than that They can improve on allow access on netflix access on their smart tv

Back here again after a year. As charming as before, but I noticed the resort is starting to show it's age despite the increasing room rates. Hyatt, please take care of the place as I really do love it.

From the moment we steps in till check out, the services provided by the staff were excellent, we even had a welcome drink served upon arrival. This resort is really suit for honeymooner, with stunning view, private beach, privacy, large swimming pool and variety of restaurant. The resort is also located next to Teluk Cempedak where you can just walk by the beach to the Mcd area. Overall I would recommend this 5 star resort if anyone of you looking for short escape from the city. Last but not least, thanks for the surprise honeymoon cake! I didn’t expect that. And to all staff who assisted me I’m sorry I couldn’t recall each of your name but you know who you are, thank you so much for such an excellent services throughout my stay!

Place is suitable for chill and relax. Just during the travel period keep on raining. Room cleaning nt that clean.

The hotel’s beachfront location is ideal for those who enjoy stunning sea views and direct access to the beach. While the property does show signs of aging, it is generally well-maintained and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Initially, I was assigned a room with noticeable humidity issues—likely due to the air conditioning—resulting in a persistently wet floor. However, the staff promptly addressed my concerns and arranged for a room change, for which I am very grateful. The Sampan Bar, a unique feature resembling a boat on the beach near the swimming pool (Block 2), offers a relaxing spot for guests to unwind while watching their children play in the sand. Convenience is another highlight, with a 7-Eleven, Family Mart, McDonald’s, KFC, and Starbucks just a short walk away, providing plenty of food and drink options for guests. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and added convenience.

I booked Hyatt for my anniversary, they provided complimentary free room decorations for me . This is incredible work you guys having, I hope they need to check out the Packing Blok B i got trapped inside for 10 minutes, wait till the maintenance guy come to check it out . He said is was something wrong with the railing. Anyway everything is good apart form the TNG railing !!!
