The quality of the rooms were ok. The breakfast was awful. The food was of bad quality and the choice was poorly limited. I would not recommend paying for the breakfast and I would suggest to the staff to not even advertise it if it has to be this bad.

A really lovely hotel, everything is clean and modern and well presented. The room was comfortable and well presented with excellent air con and free wifi. The breakfasts are delicious and everything was just as it should be. What really stood out though was how friendly, hard working and professional the hotel team are. Any problems were solved immediately and everyone went out of their way to be helpful and make you feel welcome. It's not right on the beach but that's an advantage as it's easier to sleep with the noise of the beach front .

Stayed at this hotel for 8 days, had a few hiccups upon arrival due to a missed flight, but our overall experience was top-notch. The room was clean with a lovely balcony view, and the service was excellent. The staff were very helpful and always available. The buffet breakfast offered good value for money, and the hotel's location is within walking distance from the beach and the city centre, ensuring quieter nights. The hotel manager even helped organize an unforgettable 21st birthday celebration for my partner. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

For us the hotel owner is so friendly. They always help and recommend the restaurant and tourists attractions around the area for us. The hotel location is a bit far from the beach but it wasn't a problem for us. The room we stayed in was small but clean and comfortable.

This hotel is new but very weak in terms of service. The hotel Is not finished and they have only 2 employees and they are not kind. They did a confusion about booking and asked to pay in cash arguing that they didn’t have card system working. The breakfast area is inc a corridor (it looks great até photos but are minimum ). As it is in the middle of the hotel we woke up at 7am when they star breakfast preparation. It is far from the center. Bath towels not available only hand towels size Very expensive for service and location

Albergo molto al di sotto delle aspettative prenotato una stanza vista lago mi è stata assegnata,dopo lunga discussione su cosa si intenda per vista, una stanza con vista su un palazzo in costruzione. Condizionatore senza telecomando, lampada senza lampadina, doccia con soffione non regolabile alto oltre 2m. Colazione di fatto inesistente latte freddo servita in una sala ospiti con capienza insufficiente per tutti gli ospiti.strada sterrata per accesso hotel. Rapporto qualità prezzo non idoneo 125 €/notte

L'hotel è in una posizione defilata e tranquilla, in una collina che domina la città e che si affaccia sul lago di Butrint, il tutto a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro - che in alta stagione può al contrario essere un po' caotico - e dalle spiagge. La struttura è nuova, ben tenuta, pulitissima e gestita con il cuore. I titolari sono persone a dir poco squisite, cordiali e disponibili. La colazione è eccezionale nella sua genuinità, a base di prodotti freschi fra cui le frittelle tradizionali albanesi, marmellate fatte in casa e frittate deliziose. C'è la possibilità di affittare ad un prezzo conveniente degli scooter elettrici (facilissimi da guidare) ideali per raggiungere Butrint, Saranda e l'Occhio blu. Chi vuole trascorrere un soggiorno rilassante può contare senz'altro sull'Inada Hotel.
