the good things about this place only the room was spacious and clean. Because they just open 2 month ago. the concept like guest house, exclusive dormitories. they said mostly stay there are westerners. Not sure why maybe doesn’t fit with local/asian people taste. They only have rooms and small coffee shops also become the breakfast area as well as check in. So you will be welcome by barista also staff of the hotel. Parking area for cars maybe only for 2-3. Breakfast for terrible. it said you will got option form rice bowl and some other food and 1 drink coffee/tea but the reality at 8am morning its only available plain toast either worse presentation. not worthy. in summary: this place are exclusive room dormitory with better looks/design. with the price totally overpriced since Yogyakarta has plenty of hotels and resorts with same price but lots of facilities and good breakfast. oh yes last thing is the coffee shops tables until i check out doesn’t clean well i can see the messy and dirty table at check out time.

I booked Family Room for Family, 2 adults ad 3 children. The accomodation is decent and the location is quite near to tourist spot and food restaurant. Recommended

Kamarnya bersih. Kamar Mandi dan Toilet terpisah jadi bersih. Saluran pembuangan air mandi agak kecil jadi air mandi masih tergenang, tapi masih aman. Bantal kepala sangat tinggi jadi kurang nyaman di pakai buat tidur, jadi selama nginap buat tidur gak pake bantal. Konsep kamar yang stengah plafond bagus hanya buat yang sensitif dengan suara2 tikus yang berlarian ini sangat terganggu, tapi tetap bagus aja seh hanya kl malam sesekali aja suara tikus diatas genteng sangat mengganggu...
