Worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Bed riddled with bed bugs and staff did very little to help. They did move me to another bed but bed bugs are carried in clothing. The room they moved us too had dirty bedsheets too with hair all over them. Staff then argued with us that they were clean and put on 5 days before. I have videos of bed bugs and dirty sheets.

I stayed here for a week for my birthday at the end of June and I had a lovely holiday. The bedroom was clean and tidy, cleaners came around every day. Same for the bathroom and toilets. The staff were amazing and so helpful whenever I had any questions or if I needed help with something. I would highly recommend this place it is close to the square, plenty of shopping/restaurants right on your doorstep.

SO FUN!!! Sebastian and the whole staff were super welcoming and fun. There are bar crawls every night which are super fun. Overall it was very clean, safe, and a great atmosphere. You won't get a lot of sleep but it's so worth it, if you're looking for a place to meet really friendly and fun people this is it

My friend and I stayed here for only two days but were very sad to check out as we had a brilliant time. We were worried that we wouldn’t have a great time as we are not really party animals, but we met so many amazing people from all walks of life and had a blast on the pub tours and just hanging out in the hostel bar upstairs. The club downstairs is also heaving on the weekends, so we felt we had the perfect choice of chatty pub vibes upstairs and party city downstairs. Everybody wanted to get to know eachother and it felt like a big family despite only being there for two days. We also found that the rooms and bathroom facilities were super clean. We will forever remember the amazing people we met here and how fun and involved the staff where, and will definitely stay here again next time we are in Krakow!! Big thanks to the team at the Little Havana :))

Perfect room for 7 of us to stay in. Location couldn’t be better. Plenty of drinking offers/ tours. Would recommend to any group of friends going to enjoy some drinks in Krakow. Town centre is a 2 minute walk away. All roads around are pedestrian but only a 5 minute walk to get to a taxi rank/ tram line

This is definitely one of the most fun hostels I went to the my whole backpacking trip! The staff especially add a huge element to your nights out, like Bryanh - he’s the life of the party!! The hostel rooms were alright, but you’re really there to have a good time! Do the pub crawl and all the events the hostel has to offer!!

Me and my friend had the best time staying here and went to the pub crawl every night. It’s well organised by everyone running it and they are all so friendly to us. Very social hostel with great activities so would recommend!! We will be coming back in the future. Bryanh and Ola were especially welcoming to us and did an amazing job while we stayed here.

I had a lot of fun in the hostel, especially at the pub crawls! The guides are very fun and sympathy, especially Ola Czekaj!! Anyone who likes to party must go to this hostel. Just the prices could be a bit lower.

So far the best experience i’ve had in Hostal, been there already 5 times, staying around 4/5 nights each time, Staff is amazing and so helpful, specially Bryan, so focus on make my stay the best experience possible. Super affordable, PubCrawl are so fun, rooms, and toilets and every area well clean, for sure a place I would recommend if you want to have fun and party in Krakow.
