G12 Aparthotel

Great location! Right in the centre of the old town, within walking distance of Wavel Castle and other attractions. The room was spotless when we checked in, and there's a safe storage for your luggage. Lots of things to do that are a bit different close by also.

We arrived late evening and had received clear instructions as to how to enter and get keys with necessary codes etc We had booked a quadruple room for 3 of us and when we arrived there was a double bed and a sofa bed which hadn’t been made up and we had to move the sofa to be able to fold it out and make the bed up. Once set up it was fine though and all beds comfy. Good soundproofing so although it’s right next to main square it didn’t stop us getting to sleep. I do wake up in the night anyway so could hear lots of music and people til early hours on the Friday and Saturday night but it didn’t wake the other two! Didnt hear a thing on the Sunday night - pubs and clubs mustn’t be open! My mam struggled a bit with the stairs as we were on 3rd floor - just something to think about. But all in all it was lovely clean room that had everything we needed in perfect location - right next to main square and lovely restaurants and markets, Basilica and shops. You can use luggage storage for free in their other aparthotel which was a 10 min walk away. Again, clear instructions and good communication . Would definitely stay here again.

G12 Aparthotel is in a great location, central to everything you'd want to see and do in Krakow. Easy check in process and very clean room. Air con and a fridge in the room were a bonus. Kettle and all the bits to make a brew. All in all a good budget hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—close to attractions yet peaceful. The staff were warm and helpful, and the room was spotless with a comfy bed. Great value for the amenities provided. Would definitely return and recommend to friends. A truly relaxing experience!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and it's was possibly the best stay we could have asked for. Amazing location so close to the Old Town and square, the rooms were the perfect size and the building has a lovely rustic feel. The cafes and patisseries next door are ideal for a quick snack too!

The location was great for all the local amenities which were within walking distance of the hotel. The bed was very comfy but it’s two single beds stuck together. The room was very small but had a fridge. We got a lend of an iron from the front desk. There is also no lift so we were on the second floor which meant u had to climb approx 60 steps each time to bedroom.
