My friend and I had our first visit to Krakow and stayed in this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were impressed. The decor, the ambience and the quiet atmosphere. Staff here are fantastic, so friendly and professional and helpful. I wish I took all their names but Jacob and Jana were especially great. We will definitely be staying here again. The food was good too and our room was clean. We couldn’t work out how to increase the volume on the TV as it was a bit too low and the shower could have done with some more pressure. Apart from that, faultless :)

staff were friendly and understanding. the rooms could do with soundproofing as me and my partner had a horrible experience with the person staying in the room next to us which resulted in us having to move rooms. carpets are disgusting. rooms are definitely not up to standard. definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The hotel its self is great and in a great location for us. About a 20min walk to the Jewish Quarter and 30mins to the Old Town. If you don’t fancy the walk Bolt is a great app to use at cheap fairs. The hotel/room had everything we needed. Clean, comfy beds fresh towels daily. The restaurant served a well variety for breakfast and the food/drinks in the evening 10/10. Everyone we saw and spoke to all friendly and helpful. We had a late flight home and we were able to leave our cases in the hotel locked away safely. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes around and so many fantastic buildings around to see. Krakow is a beautiful city and worth the visit. We booked our tours through “get your guide” and “Trip advisor” but I do believe the hotel can arrange these for you too.

Lovely clean room and staff were quick to deal with the only one issue we did have on arrival. We ate twice in the restaurant which had lovely choices and very reasonably priced. Staff all over the hotel were smashing. Would definitely stay here again

Great hotel and really nice people, can't wait to go again. Very handy for the Jewish Quarter, and an easy 20 minute walk to the Main Square.

Although the hotel is not in the old town centre of Krakow it is not far to walk or easy to access the local trams and trains. which stop nearby. We went with friends and had two rooms in the atrium on the ground floor, both rooms were spacious and well appointed. The staff in the hotel were very helpful. One of our party is gluten free but there were items on the menu that were suitable for her.The food was delicious and reasonably priced, we surprised to find drinks in the bar were similar prices to local bars, I would certainly recommend this hotel. Our friends enjoyed it so much they have booked to return later this year.

Lovely hotel, clean, great staff, loved the location. Amazing omelettes made to order, also porridge with fresh fruit and honey was gorgeous. Staff absolutely lovely and so helpful. Loved Krakow, it’s an amazing city, the people are lovely. Can’t wait to visit Krakow again, would recommend this hotel, it is out of the main square and about a 15 minute walk which we enjoyed walking, if you don’t like to walk you can easily get the tram or a bolt taxi which costs next to nothing. Can’t say enough good things about Krakow and its lovely people.

This hotel is excellent value for money. Just a bit out of the centre but within easy safe walking distance and that is really a positive. We did not eat at the hotel but the staff were all very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. I would recommend staying here and there are nice restaurants on the same side of the river about 7 minutes walk away.

Without a doubt this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, great service, clean rooms, great city. I had a problem with my phone, but the staff showed patience and commitment and helped me resolve situations. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the centre in a quiet area which I really liked.
