it was good with amneties and modern. If you want to find complete hotel this is okay. Good location has fridge,hair dryer , kettle , towel , soap , heater. But it was slef check in so we did not know it was till we talk to a couple then we message trip .Thy helped us but at the end the hotel called us. My husband said it suppose to have reception even if the hotel number directed to a call center very hassle for us since we have baby . So do ask the hotel first ur pin code 2-3 days before ur check in.

A good option for a newly renovated hotel at an affordable price

This is not an appartment, its a ensuite room with a kettle and fridge. Plus points are, very easy to check in via emailed codes, no keys needed, very clean, good shower, quiet at night (no 4 room facing a 'run down' courtyard). Near old town square. Not so good points are; no wardrobe or drawer unit to place clothes inside. There is plenty of room for one. Two single beds shoved together. One clothes hanger each. One chair only, for the two of us. There is plenty of space for another chair. One huge uncomfortable pillow, tried to sleep on edge of it unsucessfully, put pillow case on the two ( yes two) chair cushions instead, that helped. Just to mention that check out is at 10am, this can be increased to 11am if you follow the instructions displayed in the room, and give the place a 5 star review, maybe thats why it has so many.

Such lovely apartments tidy clean, fidge and hair dryers provided shower lovely powerful would highly recommend this place to stay. Very handy location literally walk round the corner your in the main square and even better no trams outside waking you up early 😊

We had two rooms, Nice and clean rooms, nice access to the city centre, reception easy to contact through WhatsApp, area for luggage to be put in before check in time, accommodated us for early check in which was helpful, would recommend a stay here

Great location, just a 10 minute walk to the main square. Keypad entry for main door and apartment ensuring that we had no worries to remember or lose any keys. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Decent bathroom although shower cubicle was on the snug side. WiFi connection dropped but the team were on it very quickly with no further issues. Good value for money and easy access to everything Krakow has to offer.
