It was pretty clean but the air quality was really bad. Continuously smelled like smoke.
Location was awesome. Service was very convenient.

it was good with amneties and modern. If you want to find complete hotel this is okay.
Good location has fridge,hair dryer , kettle , towel , soap , heater.
But it was slef check in so we did not know it was till we talk to a couple then we message trip .Thy helped us but at the end the hotel called us. My husband said it suppose to have reception even if the hotel number directed to a call center very hassle for us since we have baby . So do ask the hotel first ur pin code 2-3 days before ur check in.

A fantastic base for anyone wanting to explore the old town and beyond. Comfortable,well maintained, clean and accessible.The one and only very small down point was showering.At 6'3"access to your feet ( with the shower door closed) can be tricky. The whole experience was very enjoyable,and are hoping to book for next year. Keep up the fantastic work. Dziekuje.

Very nice place. Clean and big room. Perfect location. We enjoyed our stay. Right next to the hotel there is the famous witchers restaurant and Harry Potter cafe which are worth visiting. There is plenty of polish restaurants to choose as well

We had a great stay here. The location was amazing and in walking distance to all attractions. The rooms were also very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. One thing I would suggest would be to have access to fresh towels. Because there is no reception it’s difficult to ask a member of staff as the cleaners are only here at certain times of the day.

Gorgeous spacious room and gorgeous decor, pillows are the comfiest ever. Love the fact there’s no key or card to get into the room and a code instead. Very central right by the square. Would recommend here and would definitely book here again.

Apartment rooms were absolutely lovely, very easy access with codes for doors, saves you carrying a key around. Has luggage storage for you to put your luggage in until check in time. They are very local to everything which meant you could walk around without having to phone for a taxi. Beds were comfortable, had a good night sleep. Would book these again.
