And now, 2.5 years later, I returned to this wonderful original hotel. Rich breakfast, convenient location, friendly staff, large room with fridge and kettle. I hope to come back here again.

Good hotel with an older charm. It’s next to the main train station in Krakow and a less than 5 minute walk into the centre of old town. The breakfast is nice, only issue is it is right next to a busy tram stop and they’re a bit loud if you want to leave the window open at night other than that enjoyed my stay.

Quirky hotel, not to my taste. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Front hotel man was lovely

The staying is comfortable , starting with the warm welcome of the front desk . Love the decoration of the hotel , it’s giving European royalties vibes .

It was a wonderful hotel. Cleanliness is very good. Also furniture is so beautiful and European. I wanna recommend this hotel to friends and wanna stay again.

Solid hotel which is close to the city center. The interior is older but kept well. The bed was good. Free WIFI was there, on site parking in the courtyard. Breakfast had very tasty scrambled eggs. Not obercooked. Good hotel for my overnight roadtrip stay.

What an excellent hotel with a warm historic ambience and lovely staff. I loved the special antique decor and dark wood. Good place to stay if you don’t know where you are as it’s very central-a short walk to the main historic square and a short walk to the modern three-story shopping mall—Galleria Krakova I think it’s called. There are trams right outside. Take them. If you get lost, use the Bolt App and order a taxi. There are even a few goldfish in the back beer garden with big umbrellas which must be festive in the warmer months. There’s a lift. My room was spacious with high ceilings. The bed was big and comfy. There was also a sofa, desk, plenty of hanging space, 🧥 fridge and kettle with coffee/tea options - very handy. The assorted breakfast buffet was divine. So much to choose from: 🍵 , ☕️ 🍊 🍏 🍪 🍳 🥓 🧀 🫕 🥗 🥣 🧁 🥛 🧃 The staff were all very kind and helpful. The in-house masseur gave me a very good massage. The reception staff helped me pronounce Chocholowski which sounds like Hoho Woof Ski so just picture Santa and a dog skiing to get to the spa in the Tatra Mountains. Something for next time. It leaves you with a good feeling to stay here. 🌞🧳🌞

Excellent room and service. In the center of the city.

古いながらも趣のある建物を改修したホテルかと思われます。室内栽培の植物が中庭に溢れ、スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。日を跨いでホテルに帰った際、ドアが閉まっていましたが、インターホンを鳴らすと、鍵を開けに出てきてくれました。部屋にはコーヒーと水、炭酸水がサービスで置いてあります。風呂場のシャンプーとボディソープは一緒で、トリートメントはありません。大きなホコリが落ちていた所は少し残念ではありましたが、そのようなマイナスポイントを踏まえても満足度の高いホテルでした。

Dekat dengan Stasiun pusat. Dekat dengan tempat wisata. Proses Cek in dan cek out sangat cepat. Kamar Luas dan Nyaman. Sarapan pagi standar.

酒店位置很好，坐大巴或者火車五六分鐘可以到。因為酒店整體確實比較老，設施什麼的都比較舊但是不影響正常使用。不好的點是酒店的Wi-Fi基本上處於不能用的狀態，有點欠缺～

就在火車站的斜對面，平價、早餐豐富的好飯店。

老舗のホテルで築年数がたってますが綺麗に手入れされてます。何より内装が豪華でヨーロッパらしい雰囲気を味わえます。ただ綺麗なだけの普通のホテルに飽きた方におすすめ。クラクフの駅から割とすぐの場所にあり、近くにはショッピングモールもあるので便利です。
