Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w centrum Kazimierza. Miła obsługa. Standard ok. Materac mógłby być wygodniejszy. Zarezerwowałbym ponownie

沒有電梯,不過服務員回幫忙拎箱子到房間。周邊很方便,日常用品超市,中餐館、日料店,徒步去中央廣場、瓦維爾城堡都可以。

Stayed here for 3 nights with my hubby for his 30th birthday. Great communication as was able to pre order some birthday treats for our room on arrival. All staff from reception, the bar to the restaurant are all very lovely and helpful. Room is fairly basic but big and comfortable & no issues. Air con, nice clean room & bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities and fridge. Breakfast has a great selection from continental to hot bits like bacon, sausage & eggs. It’s excellent if you’re not an early riser as breakfast is from 7-12. Also good if you’re going out on a day trip and need breakfast early! Bar is lovely with a nice outdoor garden area. Great selection of beers, spirits, cocktails etc. Guests also get 10% off! We booked a couple of trips online but also booked the Salt Mines through the hotel with pick up and drop off direct from the hotel. Was slightly more expensive but worth it for the ease and convenience. Hotel location is also great…so easy to walk around the Kazimierz quarter & to get to places like Wawel hill & castle, the river & Market Square. Auschwitz is about 1 hr 45 mins away and the Salt Mines are about 30 mins away. The airport is also only about 25/30 mins away. Lots of restaurants, convenience stores and ‘takeaway’ type food places nearby. Would highly recommend staying here! Will defo be coming back in the future.

Location great, loved Krakow, this hotel was just ok, I totally agree with a review also made in May. We were also in room 26 on third floor, only skylight windows, was ok for the 4 nights but no longer. We had a issue when we got there, only 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels, when asked reception for another bath towel, was told not possible, as no delivery had been made, in other words couldn’t be bothered. Certainly hotel in need of an update. Came back into hotel first night approx 9.40pm to be told the bar was closing at 10pm, but could take you drink to you room! One good thing about this hotel, breakfast was 7am-12midday and was very good. I will be back to Krakow, but will stay somewhere else.

Just to let you know that I had a great holiday and the hotel was in the Jewish Quarter and was a fabulous place to explore and there was some great restaurants and bars around the hotel. We stayed in room 26 on the highest floor of three. Warning there is no lift. There was a daily change of receptionist. We asked about local transport links but either the staff did not know or were not willing to help( Unsure) . The Bar was closed twice during our 4 day visit as a result of the barmaid being sick( Unable to use 10% discount voucher for those days and had to go out and use more expensive bars. the barmaid used to wander off and not come back for ten minutes. Also other guests experience that the bar was closed down at 2200hrs without warning. The property is generally ok. It needs a bit of titivation and some gentle care. In our room the walls needed a lick of paint, fixings were coming of the wall, and the shower head would go wild if you turned the water pressure on soaking the bathroom. Downstairs the carpet was rising in the reception area, which may cause a trip hazard. The apartments were clean though. If you are on a discover Krakow tour package be advise that most of the tour meeting points are on the other side of the city and can take up to 25- 35 minutes to walk, otherwise it is a Taxi ride there and back

Lovely Easter break spent in Krakow. Stayed in a second floor family room. Beds were comfy, large windows to keep the room cool and very spacious. Plenty storage and places to put luggage. Bathroom clean with amenities. Reception open 24hr, staff very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Location excellent. Middle of Jewish district, plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes surrounding. Jewish food market just around the corner, delicious fresh food for a relaxed snack and good atmosphere along with a small courtyard serving drinks. Walking distance to castle and main square about 10 minutes and to the river 15 minutes. Water machine on first floor and sweets at reception 😊 Definitely recommend staying here and would definitely return. No lift however something to bare in mind.

This was our first time at the Spatz Hotel, and in Krakow, but it won’t be our last, we have loved it! The room was ideal, I struggled to straighten my hair a bit just because of where the mirror is compared to the plug, but that’s a minor gripe. My mum doesn’t have the best mobility and our room was on the 2nd floor, but she managed ok, but something to consider when booking as there is no lift. The breakfast was lovely, fresh and filling with plenty of choice, it set us up each day for exploring. We booked trips to Auschwitz & Birkenau and Schindlers Factory with the hotel, as well as our airport transfers. This did make it a bit more expensive but it was so much easier with it being our first time and it was seamless. The tours were via Krakow Direct who were excellent and the hotel made us a fab packed lunch for one of them too. The hotel is well placed in the Jewish district with a little market square nearby and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. We can highly recommend Warzstat right across the road, quirky but cheap and excellent food. The castle and main market square are a short walk away. We hopped on a golf buggy to see the rest of the city which is a great way to see more and hear the history behind it too. Outside can be a bit noisy but we only had to close our window on one night. You can hear other guests but that’s mainly because side they were slamming their doors when coming and going! The bar is grand with that really nice outside area that’s perfect for relaxing with some amazing tapas options. Staff are really friendly and answered all of our questions, and our room was cleaned each day(we placed the sign on the door) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

We were given a room in which the curtains were hanging down, the room hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival, there were blood stains on the bedding and we found prescription ***** in the bedside cabinet. The very unhelpful man on reception said a manager wouldn’t be available for 24 hours if we wanted to make a complaint. We stayed for 30 minutes and thankfully found a cleaner, safer place to stay.

Just returned back from our 2nd visit to Spatz. .The lovely kind gesture we had waiting in our room when we arrived as a "Thankyou for choosing to stay with us again" was a lovely thought. The staff are so helpful and chatty. One receptionist in particular. The lady with the long black hair.I didn't catch her name. She helped us with public transport advice and always had the time for a friendly chat/acknowledgment . We stayed in room 6 which had the balcony. It was a MASSIVE room. Plus the weather was nice enough to sit out for an hour on it (Inbetween getting ready to go back out) Yes there is traffic noise, but you've to accept that Spatz can't do anything about that (Unless they went to the expense of quadruple double glazing-Which, as I guess is a listed/old building they would be unable to do that) The breakfast had lots of selection. The bar was a good place to chill out -At times-Due to the amount of English guests you would think you were in an English pub. They are happy to put Football on the Bar TV if you ask. The cleaners always give a "Good Morning" if you see them on the corridors. Ive a feeling we will be returning to Spatz as its a brilliant base in the Jewish quarter to get to lots of places. We used the local train station a couple of times "Krakow Grzegorzki"which was so easy to get to. But there's also tram and bus stops very near Spatz. All in all I cant wait to go back (This time round we booked it DIRECT with the hotel rather than through a website and we got it considerably cheaper than the third party websites were quoting) Keep up the good work
