성수기 가장 바쁜 금요일 토요일 1박2일 일정으로 숙소예약을 했습니다. 위치는 정말 좋았고 숙소 근처에 사설 주차장도 돕보로 이동할 수 있는 정도 거리에 위치해 있어서 좋았습니다. 호텔 내부는 특별히 뭐가 좋았다! 싶은 것도 없지만 그렇다고 어디 나무랄데도 없습니다. 몸 편히 하룻밤 자고오기 딱 좋은 호텔인 것 같습니다.

We have been very badly treated by this hotel, booked for a group of family and friends in October 24, for April 25. We have just received an email from the hotel telling us the hotel is closed in April - with a month to go!! Absolutely disgusted.

So where to start positive location is excellent. We booked a twin bedded room as no lifts were on the first floor. Arrived and was refused help with luggage. Arrived in the room could have cried no twin beds a double bed pushed against the wall so whoever was in the inside had to climb over the other person I’d the need to get up in the night no space to walk around it. The sheet sat on top of the bed not big enough to tuck in. The headboard was thick with dust no bedside tables or room for any. Bathroom and shower good. Went downstairs to complain got a shrug. Asked for it to be cleaned and extra pillows was told no not for two days. On the second day I complained again this time more response got the bed made and room dusty. Breakfast was ok on the second day no bread quite literally no bread and what there was the receptionist was handling without tongs. No eggs had to wait for the shop next door to be opened. While location is good I’d never go back nor recommend it’s not what we paid for it expected. It was clearly a single room which they put a double bed in.

The hotel is in a very old building and does not have any lifts. My room was on the third floor at the back of the building. Room was huge and the bathroom was big as well. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Breakfast is continental and quite filling. Hotel is at the top of Florianska street and is a few minutes walk to the main square. There are plenty of restaraunts to eat at. If you just want to sit and have a drink without eating that's fine. Due to the fact that the hotel is in a trffic free area if you are going on a trip just ask the helpful and friendly staff to arrange a taxi for you and they will do this. I can recommend this hotel but beware if you require assitance.

Perfect location on the old Royal road in Old Town. You can walk easily to all the sights. Although our room wasn’t completely clean when we entered, the front desk apologized and offered to give us a different room. The bed was comfortable and the room had a/c, a blessing in the hot weather. The breakfast was adequate but not extensive: eggs, bread, fruit, yogurt and cereal. Would definitely stay here again.

Ottima posizione (vicinissimo alle principali attrazioni turistiche) ma .........Nonostante avessimo comunicato il ns. arrivo alle1.,30 della notte, abbiamo avuto difficoltà per accedere.Solo dopo aver bussato con insistenza sulla porta d'accesso al corridoio che porta alla reception ,un addetto è venuto ad aprire. L'hotel non ha ascensore e quindi è abbastanza faticoso salire le scale con i bagagli per entrare in stanza. anche per la presenza di porta che da sulla scale, poi quella del corridoio di accesso a due stanze al primo piano. Stanza e bagno grandi, pulizia approssimativa ,scarsa attenzione nei particolari(il dispenser del sapone sul lavandino del bagno è rimasto vuoto per tutti i quattro giorni del soggiorno, mancata sostituzione del tappetino della doccia ) Colazione appena sufficiente (un solo tipo di succo di frutta, pochi dolci) Non potendo fare colazione una mattina , abbiamo chiesto un lunch box. Abbiamo trovato cibo sufficiente ma senza posate. .Non è vero che la reception è aperta per tutte le 24 ore. Per l' intero pomeriggio e la notte del 30-4 non era presente nessuno . Infine ,non per colpa dell'hotel, il fine settimana eccesso di schiamazzi notturni. Non vale il prezzo che si paga

Ich ware ein Wochenende im Hotel und die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist im wenigen Minuten am Marktplatz von Krakau. Von Bahnhof sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu laufen. Direkt vor dem Hotel finden sich mehrere Restaurants und Bars. Das Zimmer, 205, war gut eingerichtet. Badezimmer sah relativ neu aus und das Bett bequem. Frühstück war für das kleine Hotel ausreichend und das Personal extrem freundlich. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!
