True budget hotel. Didn't expect much when booking but the pillows for me was an absolute nightmare. Can you not supply decent pillows ? Basic Ikea would have better ones ! Couldn't sleep properly and was awake for half of the night. Would not recommend staying there unless you bring your own pillow or prefer to sleep without one! Room waz clean though and location is really good.

A hotel without hairdryer is a ******* crap!

It's so comfort in this tiny cleany place. easy for transportation and the walk way is really friendly to solo travelers.

I recently stayed at Ibis Hotel Krakow and overall, it was a comfortable experience, deserving of a 3.5-4 star rating out of 5. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean enough. However, one notable aspect was the absence of complimentary water bottles in the room. For a hotel within a recognized chain, it's somewhat disappointing not to find this basic amenity readily available. Despite this, the hotel's location make it a decent choice for travelers seeking a convenient stay for 1-2 nights while in Krakow.

Overall good and safe. Close to the station and only 5 minutes walk . Staff were friendly

Near the Krakow train station and bus station (that one can catch the buses to Auschwitz Concentration Camp) which can be accessed through the tunnel near the hotel. There are 2 Ibis brands side by side which you can go thru the door of one to get to the other hotel ( instead of going round the building).

This Ibis budget hotel does the job for a few days trip in Krakow. It’s based near the bus and train station and around a 20 minute into the heart of the ancient old town area. Basic and does the job!
