Hotel Galicya

Miła obsługa, czysto, zimą ciepło w pokojach. Miękki materac, ale to kwestia gustu, w pokojach jest klimatyzacja i tv z kanałami telewizji kablowej więc można zobaczyć coś więcej niż tylko telewizję naziemną.Otoczenie to budujący budynek więc nic ciekawego, ale blisko do tramwajów, autobusów. Blisko sklep Żabka, niedaleko Biedronka, stacja benzynowa, gdyby ktoś potrzebował zakupić coś ja szybko. Śniadanie też ok, to hotel 3-gwiazkowy więc nie ma co oczekiwać wiele, ale bufet szwedzki był, jedzenie dokładano, kawa, herbata, napoje dostępne. Jak na jedną noc cena atrakcyjna.

Hotel muito ruim, não vale a pena. Banheiro minúsculo, camas duras e sem conforto. Não voltaria mais. Localização normal.

Arrival staff so friendly. Room basic but very clean and comfy Lovely hot water and heating Good location for trams into the city square Fast food and supermarket minutes walk away What let's this hotel down..... Some staff very rude ( young girl...says yeah when approached...no smile ) Breakfast staff man is rude walks away when you are talking to him They don't like you asking them to clean the tables Tables are left dirty for a while Vapes behind the bar during breakfast They ran out of food so if you like a lie in good luck Asked for more fruit and stale apples brought out Told no bread rolls and walked away Already a very limited breakfast though what they had was tasty We also had someone very noisy above us when we complained and asked hotel to have a word he said ahh drunk man we tried to get him quite.....this continued every night and each morning I asked again please have a word...nothing changed ...was a shame

Came for 4 nights and it was great.. nice and warm..room clean.. linen and towels changed daily.. shower hot and strong.. bar/breakfast area bright and cozy.. staff were very welcoming and informative.. helped with booking trips and taxis... tram stop 2 mins away to old town (the no 8 and 10) breakfast wasnt the best but thats a personal choice others seemed happy enough.. would stay again

The room was clean. The air conditioning was noisy.We only had 1 key to share .Limited seating at breakfast. The breakfast was tasty but lacked on choice. Staff very helpful and Excellent transport connections.The hotel reception and corridors very clean. Staff happy to organise day trips for us.Staff helpful giving information ,directions etc.

We recently stayed at Hotel Galicya, located on the outskirts of Kraków, and had an exceptional experience. The hotel was wonderfully clean and well-maintained, with the maids providing daily service and going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. One of the highlights was the amazing transport links to the city centre. The tram stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel, making it very easy and affordable to get around. We frequently used tram number 8, which was efficient and reliable. The breakfast at Hotel Galicya was another standout feature. Each morning offered a different selection of delicious options, ensuring we started our days on a positive note. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Galicya for anyone visiting Kraków.
