"My trip just ending a few week ago, because to busy with work,i only can review this hotel by today. This hotel was near to main train station, just walking distance to tourist spots. If you hungry, don't worry it easy to find something to eat near to the hotel. But there are no lift in this hotel and my room at level 2, just imagine with my heavy ludgage 27kg how difficult I am to bring my ludgage to my room. Hahaha. By the way..Happy travels guys!."

Everything was good. The room is small but clean, bedsheets and towels white and clean, too. The location is perfect - next to the train and bus stations, and close to the Old Town with all these beautiful buildings. There is a cafe next to the hotel and the grocery shop across the street, and a large shopping mall in the other direction. From the window of our room we were able to see a nice church :) If I come to Krakow one more time, most of all I will choose this hotel again.

Everything was ok but leaking hand wash sink, no working tv and very uncomfortable bed. Other than that was ok.

Easy to find, nice location as it's seconds away from galaria krakowska (3 tier shopping center). The woman who checked us in was very nice and welcoming. We had 2 keys 1 key for the main front door and 1 key for the room which was a secured lock. The room wasn't too big but it was good enough for us to stay in pillows and bed was good also. The only thing I can think of was the double bed came with 2 single duvets however despite of this I would still book again

Отличный отель в самом центре Кракова! До торгового цента со всем магазинами 3 минуты ходьбы, до старого города 10 минут. Апартаменты в жизни выглядят даже лучше, чем на фото. Свежий ремонт, на кухне есть всё для готовки, чистота и порядок, просторно. Кровать очень удобная и мягкая, на телевизоре есть все стриминговые платформы. Единственное что - очень холодный пол - берите с собой тапочки!  Услужливый персонал!

位置非常好，在克拉科夫車站出來的對面巷子中，走路5分鐘會到，兩天整理一次房間，房間還算不錯，當然不能直接跟飯店比，畢竟價錢也是有差，唯一的缺點是隔音的效果不好，可以聽到隔壁動靜。

とても清潔で、受付のスタッフはとても優しくてサービスがいいです。クラクフに来たらおすすめしたいホテルです

クラクフ駅から徒歩3分で場所も分かりやすかったです。深夜にクラクフに到着しましたが、チェックインできて助かりました。部屋はとても暖かく、薄手の服1枚で過ごせました。ベッドはフカフカでした。バスルームは、床から少し水漏れがあり気になりました。バスアメニティはシャンプーがありました。ドライヤーもあります。歯ブラシ・部屋着はありません。朝食は隣のカフェで頂きましたが、美味しかったです。1食29ズロチでした。スタッフの方はとても親切で、ゆっくりな英語や翻訳アプリでコミュニケーションを取って下さいました。贅沢を求めなければ十分だと思います。

ロケーションが抜群に良かったです。クラクフ中央駅に直結の大型ショッピングセンターから徒歩1分ほどでした。駅前の治安も悪くないので、日没後の21:30くらいにショッピングセンターを出た日でも、女一人で怖い思いはしませんでした。ホテルの目の前には小さなスーパーがあります。 レビューに多かった工事音は、2024年7月末の平日では全く気になりませんでした。工事している気配も無かったので、終了したのか休暇中だったと思われます。 隣室や廊下の音や話し声はたまに聞こえましたが、気になるほどではありませんでした。 清潔度は、日本基準で考えると清潔というわけではないですが、不快感を感じるものではありませんでした。 以下が気になった点です。 ・使用後のバスタオルをかける場所がない(バスルームのドアノブにかけてました) ・エアコンが無く、眠れはしたがちょっと暑い。大きな扇風機はありましたが、つけると弱風でも寒かったのであまり使いませんでした。 ・エレベーターが無いので、大きいスーツケースも階段で運ばなければならない
