Blue Style Aparthotel

It was a terrible experience. I stayed for three nights with my wife. The room was extremely dirty and in a state of disrepair. The carpet was torn almost everywhere and hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition. The toilet flushes electrically with a very noisy pump, which had to be unplugged at night to try to sleep. The pump also occasionally malfunctioned, making the bathroom unusable. Flushing the toilet flooded the shower floor, flowing up into what was clearly an illegal drain. We tried to notify the owner via WhatsApp to report the problem, but got no response. Eventually, we preferred using the toilet of other structures (bars, restaurants, etc.). You can Imagine what a problem was this for us. We never found anyone at the front desk. I also tried to ask if it was possible to have two extra clean towels, since for three nights we had to get by with only two towels total, for two people. No response. There was a keyed Wi-Fi network, which I tried to request. No response. We found moths in our bed. Do not stay at this property; it's dangerous both for infection and for your health. This property should close tomorrow; it exists solely to scam tourists who are unaware of what they're getting into. IMPORTANT: pictures of this structure on TripAdvisor, Booking, LastMinute, etc. DO NOT REPRESENT THE REAL CONDITION OF THE ROOMS. THEY ARE IN MOST CASES FAKE! Best regards.
