The bedroom was nice and clean , but needed some maintenance do , the sink in the bathroom needed some care the plug in the sink never worked with the lever at the back of tap, so had to get a knife to remove it for the water to go out ,needed more lightening in the kitchen area,and would have been nice if it had a toaster, would be nice to see the hall way in a better way needs a paint to freshen it up ,

Currently waiting to check out of apartments, we didn't realise when we booked there would be no reception, everything was done via email/whatts app. We arrived around 12.30pm Tues 15th April, check in was not untill 3pm. I emailed hotel and asked if we could check in earlier or store luggage, to which the replied back promptly with details on where to store luggage untill check in room was ready, we then headed to main sqare for a wonder which is around 10 min walk, very easy to navigate. I received a email around 2.30pm with check in details, we stayed on room E3 booked, I had booked a dulex apartment via love holidays, room is basic but very clean, comfy bed, and eveything you need to basically sleep, shower and change. The stairways are a bit dated and there is no lift, but for us it wasn't a problem, i had also emailed hotel and asked for transport help to salt mines etc, again very helpfull and responsive. I would reccomend this apartment for couples wanting an easy convienent location, we had a really pleasent stay. krakow is a beutifull city.

Not what we expected, room was dated , had to walk through a court yard with building materials in , even a old bath thrown to one side , Doors not painted, chunks missing out of the walls and this was a deluxe apartment , Location excellent thank gif , but apartment awful

Great location! The only downside was that the kitchen lacked a microwave and toaster, which are basic essentials. There was no oven either, but that wasn’t an issue since we had a stove for cooking. The bathroom lock didn’t work properly, though it wasn’t a major problem. Overall, the apartment was clean, and the reception provided good customer service.

We stayed in apartment B2 on floor 1 of the apartments on Place Na Groblach. Location: 8 minute walk to the main square, 2 to the riverside and Wawel castle..excellent location, quiet enough because you're outside of the hustle and bustle but close enough to get there quickly. Check In: Very easy. Clear instructions sent to me prior to check in with how to enter the building and providing the codes needed. Contact details for reception provided too. Excellent check in facilities. Comfort: The bed was comfortable, with lovely sheets, pillows and duvet. However the sofa bed had one half which was sleep-able, the other was so awful so this sofa bed is not good for 2 people. This is one of my few criticisms, perfect if there are just 2 of you or if only 1 person is sleeping on the sofa bed. Also the sofa bed is a totally different one to that shown on the images, the photos need to be updated. Cleanliness: Cannot fault, there were no issues with cleanliness in this apartment. Heating/Air Con: Once we found that the radiators had individual thermostats we had no issues with temperature. This could be a good thing to advise guests of in advance. The apartment was well heated with a radiator in each room. There was also an air con facility in the room. Kitchen facilities: The only thing I think which was missing was a pair of scissors and a toaster. There wasnt anything else we needed which was missing. The fridge was a good size, there were tea/coffee/sugar provided too as well as washing up liquid and kitchen roll. Bathroom: the shower needs some attention, the shower screen door was not working correctly and this needs to be fixed. The shower itself had a normal shower and rainfall option, both were absolutely fine and easy to gauge the temperature. I also think that consideration need to be given to number of towels. We had 3 people and were given a total of 4 towels for a 4 night stay - this means one for our hand towel and one each for showers for our entire stay. Meaning a towel was used 4 times, not very hygienic. Consider leaving more towels or providing a change if requested facility? Noise: It's a shared block so there were some.disturbances but that's to be expected. It wasn't unreasonable. The door however.. every time the people on our level walked in their apartment our front door banged. It requires some attention. General comments: I think the apartment is reasonably priced, is a very good size and ultimately for a short trip, I would stay again..however I would definitely recommend the owners looking at the towel situation, the shower screen and the door.

Pillows are amazing, room is immaculate , location is fabulous you are right in the middle of everything so easy to locate. Great being a key pad system. The bed is very comfortable. There are bars right on your door step. Interior of the room is immaculate and gorgeous love the lampshade
