We stayed at this villa with a group of friends. Everything was generally fine—the rooms were okay, and the air conditioning was nice and cool. However, the bed was very hard, and the water was freezing because the water heater wasn’t working. Since it was already late at night, we had a friend check it, and it turned out that the switch for the water heater hadn’t been turned on. Our friend had to turn it on for us. Shouldn’t the room be properly prepared before guests arrive? Then, the next morning at around 10:30 AM, the power went out. We called the staff to ask why, and they told us they thought they had informed us about the scheduled power outage—but in reality, no one had mentioned it at all. None of us knew anything about it. So we asked what we were supposed to do if we hadn’t showered yet since they didn’t notify us in advance. The staff’s response completely shocked us—they told us to go shower in the swimming pool. Is this really the kind of response a service staff member should give to a guest? We weren’t overly picky about the room itself—we could overlook minor issues. But the way the staff spoke to us like this… can it still be considered customer service? Very disappointing.
