Nice place to be, at the biginning of the OA Nang walk along the beach with all restaurants and Shops. Bedroom and swimming pool are perfect. Very silent and staff is very on Listening a d serve their Client. . I Recommand.

Pros: -  hotel location not bad. Within short walking distance to 7-11, restaurants and massage salons  -  book islands tour through hotel and they offered better deals -  room is reasonably clean. Housekeeper did a good job.  Cons: -  Asking for 2nd room key card (we are couple and my husband was asleep when I went for my early morning breakfast). Do not wish to wake him up and I was told that it is hotel policy and only 1 room 1 card key is given. For 2nd room key, you need to place a deposit of Thai baht 200.  In despite it is so called refundable, but why they making it difficult for their in house guest? I have never came across any hotels required deposit for extra room key. Moreover it was 2 of us, totally reasonable to ask for 2 keys.  -  each beach towel deposit Thai Baht 100.   -  hotel swimming pool is always crowded  -  borrow an adapter required deposit of Thai Baht 200 -  no tooth brush and tooth paste. If the hotel is charging at more than $200 a night, they should be able to provide tooth brush when the guest asked. -  no in door slipper which is ok but it would be good if they could provide  -  walking distance  10 to 15 mins to the public beaches.  There are many other hotels right across the beaches offered about the same room rates  In a nutshell, this hotel provide very basic. Not worth the price.

Staff and location are great! Close to a 7/11 and not too far away from the busy tourist section. Easy to rent motorbikes and within walking distance of the beach.

Chambre un peu vieillotte, mais très correcte. Petit hic au niveau des draps qui étaient tachés….  Sinon super accueil, personnel au top!

Just left this lovely hotel in Ao Nang, Had a brilliant 2 week stay as a solo traveller and my first time to Thailand. All the staff were so nice & friendly. The food at breakfast was varied and plentiful, I thought the rooms were really nice.🇹🇭 😎 x

The apasari is a hidden gem hotel and I'd happily come back. The service from staff is excellent, with large very clean rooms, with mini bar, separate bath and shower, freezer and daily room service including bed and towel change. The pool area is very clean with lovely bar service, happy hour with 2-1 cocktails 399 bht. 10 mins walk from AO Nang beach & pier, 15 mins walk from the night Market where you can grab dinner for 200 bht. Local shops and massage shops on your doorstep and very safe. We think the brochures don't really do this place justice, only staying 4 days but would happily do a fortnight here, it's a great base for everything.

Not a review needing some help. I'm staying here in march but I need to contact the hotel and confirm what plugs they use for husbands medical equipment. The website appears to be unavailable. Can anyone advise that the hotel is still operating and if possible a contact address? I'd be very grateful.

We just wanted a clean, tidy base for our stay as we planned many trips away from the hotel. The hotel was perfect!! The team on the reception were 10/10 as were the restaurant and cleaning staff. The hotel was clean, the breakfast (we only paid for b&b) was a perfect mix of simple cooked foods and fresh fruit and yoghurts. The pool was clean and well presented and there were always enough sun beds. Nobody did the standard European bed hogging with towels from 6am which was nice. It was also both my and my wife’s birthdays whist at the hotel and they arranged a special effort for both of us on our birthdays. The hotel is a 3 star but is really good and well located close to everything in Ao Nang. Yes, I’d stay here again without hesitation.

We spent 4 nights here as 1st leg of a package seamlessly organised for us by Josh & Scott at Cotton Travel, oop north somewhere in England. Easy every day, complimentary water and tea/coffee replenished daily. Kettle and fridge in room, mini bar beer/coke/water not as cheap as the 7/11 down the road but not too expensive either. Air con was good, bed ok for us, bathroom ok (if a little dated) shower cubicle big enough that we didn't have to brush up against the shower curtain (remember them?) we didn't use the bath so no comment on that. It was all clean, water was always hot, ok pressure, shower gel/shampoo supplied, towels changed daily; all good 😊 Usual buffet breakfast with omelettes cooked to order, self service tea, coffee, juices. Plenty of fresh fruit available. Not every dish was to our taste but we found plenty of choice and everything we tried was tasty. Thank you to all of the kitchen and serving staff. We found the pool spotlessly clean and a good size for a decent swim. Guests can help themselves to a pool towel a deposit is only required if you want to take them to the beach. We found sunbeds available when we wanted, there's not that many poolside and they are in the shade for some of the day. I didn't enquire about a pool access room, don't know how much the upgrade would be but if you want a guaranteed sunbed that gets the most sun then I reckon a swim up room would be the way to go. Also the rooms above that side of the pool get the most sun on their balconies during the day. Plenty of shops/ bars/ restaurants/ street food/launderettes/ markets/ Thai boxing/ beach/ long tail boat trips all within walking distance; plenty of taxis/ tuk-tuks always available. The front desk was helpful, as we're all of the staff. Being back off of the main strip a little way made the location quiet enough, without being too far away from amenities. We would recommend this hotel because of the location, staff, breakfast, pool and cleanliness; if we came back we would definitely try to get a swim up room or a room on the top floor above the swim up rooms.

Great hotel for the price, rooms are spotless and cleaned thoroughly, some need a bit of TLC but have a kettle, free water everyday and a minibar. Staff and very friendly, attentive and polite.. beds are amazing!!!! Very comfy 😌. Nice pool area.. definitely will return 😊😊

We had a great stay at Apasari Ao Nang. We upgraded to a swim up room and had had two large double beds and a well equipped room. The sun on the balcony was very welcome and the ability to swim from the room was perfect. Nice simple breakfast with lovely staff who made you feel very welcome. The reception staff were great and given’s some good recommendations and guidance on what to do and where to eat. We booked trips with the hotel as this was much better value than with TUi and had laundry done. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

Nice hotel in a good location near everything. In same street 7/11, massages, restaurants, tailor and all. Short walk to beach. Room was nice and clean,the ac was not so good so the room was hot on nights. Staff in reception and all around the hotel were kind and friendly. Breakfast is good and tasty but mainly the same every morning. Pool is nice but people are reserving places by keeping their towel in the chairs even they are not around.
