My name is Tara, and I am here to address your concerns and your unhappy stay. First of all, you have broken every hostel rule that is announced clearly both verbally by our staff and also on the notes around the hostel. You wanted to cook raw food with your electrical pan, raw fresh meat and eggs, in our hostel dorms, and we prohibited you from that and asked you nicely to come downstairs to cook. Ever since then, you have been reviewing us negatively every day, but somehow, you still keep making reservations with us continuously. You have rudely rinsed your mouth on our kitchen common sink, making other guests complain to us, and spent every day cooking without us interrupting you. We have let you use the commercial fridge as well, but you still make a bag complaint on our social media site. All other guests have informed us of your unfriendly behaviors, and several asked you to change their dorm because they did not want to stay with you. Your most unacceptable recent review states that WE ONLY SMILE TO WESTERN PEOPLE, which is a very strong comment, and we find it very rude. We take pride in our services and do not judge by race. We do not wish to service your stay any longer, and I hope you do not share your negativity with other places. Tara
