I had a great experience staying at Centara! Check in was quick but we had to wait until after 3pm as our room was not ready yet. Room was comfortable and very spacious but a little noisy as we were facing the pool area, not really a problem for us. Buffet breakfast had some different variety each day and Ao Nang beach is right next to the hotel and a short walk to shops and restaurants around Ao Nang. Would recommend and will stay again next time!

They greet you with a tasty drink when you check in. This resort has delicious buffet breakfast, two beautiful pools and is minutes away from a lot of action. Walk up the coast or boardwalk to the main town center of Aonang Beach. Great location and amenities. I even enjoyed a foot massage that was heavenly. Be sure to schedule the massage at least a day ahead. Day of appointments may be difficult to obtain.

Nice and spacious room, location near the beach and surrounded by massage shop and convenience store. Just one thing I don’t like is the beach is not privacy because it’s next to public place, the rest I’m okay

Great value.. The hotel room is good. The hotel is located in front of the beach and the view is fantastic. Staffs are nice and friendly. Spa staff also provide amazing experience. Recommended

Wonderful stay at Centara Ao Nang. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a day out. The staff were friendly and always helpful, offering great service throughout our stay. The pool area was a highlight — perfect for unwinding and enjoying the tropical vibe. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the beach

Excellent Access and Location! Just returned from a fantastic stay at Centara Ao Nang, and I have to commend them on their truly superb access! The location was absolutely perfect – so easy to get to the main Ao Nang beach, and we loved being able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and tour booking spots without any hassle. We didn't need to rely on taxis much at all, which was a huge plus. Even getting to and from the resort with our luggage was a breeze. Highly recommend this resort if you're looking for convenience and great accessibility in Ao Nang!

Had a miserable 4 nights at this hotel. The noise in this hotel is horrific - there is no soundproofing between floors, rooms and the corridor. There are particularly feral tourists staying here that scream, shout and play music until the early hours. I was moved rooms to a quieter area but unfortunately there was still noise all night from the corridors. The breakfast at this hotel was also the worst I have experienced in all my years of travel - not just the food/service, but also the other guests behaviour. I feel sorry for the staff having to deal with being abused by such guests. There is also a drainage “river” running through the hotel which is clearly just raw sewage and smells horrible throughout the hotel.

Perfect location. Rooms weren't as modern as I thought, but still nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I wish that the smaller pool near the beach area was an adults only pool, considering there are two pools and there were alot of children. The best part about this hotel to me was the options of breakfast. Breakfast was very good!!!! We love Krabi and will def stay here again when we come back.

The hotel was nice and very close to most amenities such as shops. The beach is more like a public beach and not really great for swimming. The pool is nice but it’s not too deep. Drinks and food is good. staff is very friendly. Will we stay there again, I doubt it as I feel like there are other places that might be better. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I expected luxury in the room but the interior decoration of the room was old and not like the pictures as advertised on the website. Not worth the money paid for Ocean view room type.

Hotel is very well located along Ao Nang beach. Sunset from hotel beach bar was amazing. Prices at the hotel were not too expensive. Close restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel room was spacious and veery clean. Breakfast was good and with good options. Kids club had some good activities (additional fees applies) The only downside was that our room faced a small creek that smelled sewage. So we had to keep the balcony door closed and could not used the private pool.
