Rooms, services and locations are good. Only problem is the noise.  Unfortunately we were located in building #2 with a room directly on the street. Very noisy until 23:00 and start again early morning. The hotel location is good but make sure to ask for a room far from the street. Avoid also the rooms near the swimming pool as music is loud, hard to relax by the pool. If you plan to read books or even work on your emails, stay away from the loudspeakers. Breakfast is good but a lot of improvement could be done to improve the customer experience. Eggs station is in the middle which mean customer’s are queuing in the middle and blocking the way.. Would be much better for the customer flow if eggs station is on a side. Easy at no cost. Only three coffee machines for a large hotel. That could be fine if it was efficient machines. I’ve never seen so slow coffee machines. Makes no sense to have a full cup of Americano. I waited 20 minutes for a coffee until it run out of water and coffee beans empty. All customers in the waiting line complained about the speed. Yes it is holidays and we have time but while family had breakfast, I was queuing for coffee ! Espresso was fast but when other customers took Americano or Cappuccino, it is incredibly slow.  Room wasn’t ready before 15:30. Very noisy street, building 2 is probably the worst. Room 2307 electrical plugs doesn’t work. Only one out of four could be used. We use two flat connectors type. Would be great to replace plugs. Water in the alley from room 2305, 2303 every morning, certainly after the guest showers.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, surrounded by Halal food options, massage parlors, and 7-Eleven, making it very convenient for all your needs. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a mountain view room, thanks to Luna, the friendly receptionist. The room itself is compact but very clean, which we appreciated. However, there were a few minor housekeeping issues during our stay. On the first day, they forgot to provide the sachets of green tea and on the second day, towels were missing. These were small oversights and we didn’t let them affect our stay. Despite these minor issues, we highly recommend this hotel. They even offer three types of welcome drinks every day, which is a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious room with an amazing view was even better thanks to a free upgrade. The location is ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Friendly customer service and a great breakfast made the experience even better. Highly recommended

Had a fantastic time at this resort. Having the option to book island hopping day trips and excursions at the hotel was very convenient! Breakfast was also plenty with variety of options.

Nice Hotel, location is perfect to get-/move around! Staff are very friendly.

This property is not a resort it’s just a regular hotel the rooms are basic , also there is no direct lift from lobby to the room floors , need to walk up hill , the location is good but no other amenities or services. The rooms look bigger in the pictures than actual.

A warm welcome and fast check-in due to a last minute booking. The hotel reception are friendly and always ready to serve. I like the room as it is spacious and clean. Filled with alot of amenities and snacks with welcome frinks. Worth to have a short trip and a good sleep for the comfortable bed.

Hotel has good service and in good location near ao nang beach. Breakfast is good

The hotel has a very nice pool with poolside drinks and food service. There are early morning/early evening complimentary yoga and other wellness lessons. There is a child playground and indoor creche (presumably not complimentary). The lobby is up an elevated driveway from the street. To get to your building, there are more outside steps. So, this hotel is not for you if you have limited mobility. Having said that, there is a hotel 'golf cart' available to move you plus your luggage. Then there is the location. There is a wide choice of eating places, some with live music. Ao Nang beach is just 10min walk away. This is where you catch boat trips to the other islands. All in all, the hotel met all my expectations. The world is too big for me to return in the near future. But if i did, I would rebook the Holiday Inn.

Hotel is very clean, staff are polite too :) The swimming pool is quite small tho, but the hotel location is very convenient, 7-11 is just walking distance.
