The hotel looked good on the outside. However its not a 4 star standard anyone would expect i would give it a 2.5. The check in was pleasant, front desk staff were friendly but lacked training and experience. There were no complementary drinks or welcome basket or fruits that i saw in the review. The staff failed to also inforn that the drinks n snacks was included in the package. My booking was for the Executive room and it required a buggy transfer to and fro, the driver Lif and CJ was sweet, pleasant and accomodating unfortunately the last 2 days of my stay i encountered a staff called Yee who was rude who stomped away when asked something and refused to respond to any queries and shouted back when asked for help with my luggage. He should not be put in front of the guest. The phone did not work at times and so it was difficult to call for the buggy and room service calls were unattended. There was no proper tv channel in english only in Thai language and Hindi. The housekeeping staff were prompt and friendly but couldn't communicate. I used the same towel for 4 days and the bathroom rug was not changed in that period. There were dirty moldy spots on pillows but was promptly changed when requested [pre requested for dust free clean room because of allergy ) . Good staff but unfortunately they were not trained for housekeeping mostly interns. The lobby area had no ventilation or fans. The location was good but hotel needs a real makeover and lacks well trained hospitality staff. It was my birthday and even knowing that there were no complimentary anything comparing to being looked after well and served well in other 3 star hotels b4. I will rate this 4 over 10 and the 4 is only because of the friendly staff and the jacuzzi and location. Not worth the money spent.
