Six Senses Krabey Island

這是我們第一次選擇“六善”，沒想到是在西哈努克，當時本想住在高龍島，但是我想住的酒店當時沒有房間。不知道怎麼就找到了“六善”，預算確實超出很多，但是在網上看了很多評價，真的是“心動”，事實證明“不虛此行”。 我認為一定級別的酒店，顧客更多的是為了地理位置和服務買單，而房間本身衹佔了很小的一部分。六善一酒店一座島吸引了我，從西哈努克機場無縫銜接的流程，酒店接機，坐船，酒店GEM迎接，介紹房間，添加微信交流都很順利，有什麼需求基本都可以得到滿足，而且秒回覆。接待我們的是美麗温柔的“蘭春”，耐心回答我的問題，並且每天晚上的晚餐都會提前幫我們預訂位置。 島上活動挺多的，水上活動包括浮潛，皮划艇都是免費的，包括使用設備都免費。除此之外，我們去出島go fishing，釣了十幾條魚，其中一條野生石斑，請餐廳廚師幫忙處理，肉質確實鮮嫩。 每天的晚餐種類不太相同，有的時候餐廳也不一樣。我個人比較喜歡tree restaurant. 第一天的食材和味道都很驚艷，我們四個人吃的很滿足。飯後每人還有甜點，又精美又好吃。早餐種類也很豐富，除了餐廳擺放的，還可以單點，我們每天都能吃到可口的粥，叉燒飯，米線，pancake,omolet等等，中西合璧，總之餐飲很豐富，味道在線。 酒店很原生態，而且環保。我們住了三天，沒有發現一件塑料製品。酒店的general manager入住的時候仔細幫我們介紹酒店情況，退房的時候還仔細聽取我們的反饋，感覺到很真誠。我在微信上溝通的“孟超”經理，也給我介紹了酒店的很多訊息，雖然沒能通過他預訂，但是我能最後選擇“六善”，跟他有很大的關係，在酒店能當面溝通，也很高興。 總之，krabey island 六善，是我們生命中難忘的一段經歷。感謝酒店所有人，希望有緣再見。中國人對西哈努克有些“固有”的印象，很大程度上成為入住的障礙，我想酒店如果能把這個障礙去除，會有更多的中國人選擇。另外，希望能增加更多會中文的GEM。餐飲選擇上越少越好，越直接越好。

酒店的服務很好，因為衣服忘記在酒店，酒店人員都很熱心幫忙解決，後面更改寄送地址和方式也能超級理解和支持我們.

We had a great time at Six Senses Koh Krabey. The island itself is very beautiful and the villas are amazing with lots of space for outdoor seating/ sunbathing ( and the view from the villa was breathtaking). Even though we came in September when there were lots of rainy days, we did plenty of outdoor activities and visited the spa a few times when the weather wasn’t so good. Our gem Navy helped us a lot to plan activities during our stay and took a good care of all out requests

This was truly the nicest and most magical place we've ever stayed. From the minute we were picked up at the airport, we were treated like family. The staff is so very kind and professional, and goes above and beyond to look after every detail of your stay. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and they made it extra special by surprising him with a cake and personalized gift at our villa! Every party of guests has a guest experience manager (GEM) who keeps in touch over whatsapp and makes it their mission for you to have the very best time. Our GEM, Bong Navy, was amazing - he was always available to answer questions or book activities and his helpful touches made our stay all the more comfortable and special (ie leaving homemade aloe lotion in the fridge when we got sunburned). The villas are incredibly beautiful - we could have stayed by our pool the whole time, but we took advantage of the sandy beach and excellent spa. The food was delicious with plenty of creative Khmer options and we loved eating by the ocean under the stars. We still dream about the breakfast buffet with fresh-squeezed juices, beautiful little pastries, fresh fruit and a noodle soup bar, plus perfect coffee options. Thank you Bong Navy and the rest of the talented staff for a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely experience at the resort, we didn’t get a chance to get bored with all the activities. We did the kayaking, wich was ok, not blooming, if you expect to kayak on cristal waters it’s not the case, we didn’t get the chance too see any wild life or birds, but we got the chance to exercise a bit, same with the hiking, but we got a little bit of the jungle feeling. We really enjoyed the spice trail, it’s where we got the chance to get to see the real life of the cambodgian people, the country side was really nice. All the services at the resort were wonderful, relaxing, I feel what’s missing is the beach. You connot enjoy a good swim, snorkeling, or actually any of the water sportsc because of the rocks, corals, waves, cureents, I feel it’s a pitty to go on an Island in the middle of the ocean and not be able to take a good swim or to cool yourself a bit in the salty waters. Service was wonderful, Namchhun Nam overdid herself , delighted us with small presents each day, was very careful with us, her and her colleagues as well, Summer and February. Also the Ayurvedic diagnosis and the meditations were a unique and wonderful experience. We would love to join again someday.

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay following a long flight from Europe. The island was private and secluded, the rooms were very comfortable, and the food was delicious. And above all, the staff were incredible - extremely friendly and helpful. Our GEM (Namchhun) was fantastic and looked after us so well throughout our four-day stay. A particular highlight was the surprise anniversary celebration that Nam arranged for us - we really appreciated the thought and effort that went into it. Other highlights included breakfast (a great selection, served with charm) and the spa (fantastic massages, yoga instruction and meditation). Our stay set us up perfectly for the rest of our trip in Cambodia.
