We stayed for 4 days in December 2024, this hotel was the only bad part of the Kozhikode trip. Location is on the Bypass, so you have to depend on Hotel to get you an Auto if you are not travelling with your vehicle. On the first day, we ended up on the bypass road trying to stop an Auto rickshaw because hotel said they are not able to get an Auto. You have to inform an hour or two before. That restricts your accessibility. The rooms are new but the Delux rooms are small and cramped and they are Dusty (pics attached). Unusual for a 4 star hotel. The hotel staff looked irritated when I mentioned this at checkout politely. To add to it, I did a mistake of burning a synthetic bed runner with iron box accidently. Got charged additional Rs 1100! (which I paid), just wanted to get out of there). Late checkout is not welcome. There are plenty other options in Kozhikode central, I regret having booked this one.

The property is located on the road side itself, easily accessible. Have a large parking area adjacent to the property. The staff were very courteous. Room and facilities were good. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

Good location, rooms and amenities were excellent. Breakfast was very good. Their launch was very good too. House and room services were excellent. Only issue was parking but managed.

I stayed for one night, late check in and early check out. Ambience is good, rooms are good. Less parking area. Spread of breakfast is poor

Awesome stay i had at copper, ambience wise, food and specially the bar was awesome. Would like to mention abel at bar, reception alwyn n few others in m not recollecting the names but are just awesome. I felt at home so much care was taken during my stay

The hotel is excellent and the staff courteous. The breakfast was also good. The property is right on nh66 and reconstruction work is going on in front of the hotel which is inconvenient but i suppose it will get completed in a matter of time. Good property to stay in whilst visiting kozhikode

They allotted me a twin bed with out consulting me & when i asked for a room change they were not ready to give, finally some how managed by joining 2 beds - i felt uncomfortable, rest everything was fine
